Warm welcome. The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was varied and choice of menu good. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a nice lounge where one could sit with a selection of books and games.

Friendly staff, excellent food esp the breakfast. Gardens nice but pity weather was poor for my stay (Easter Weekend) and the outdoor heated pool was not in service. Would stay here again, not too far from St Peter Port or Cobo Bay (beach) I stayed in superior room on first floor and could hear movement above me louder than I would like, however it didnt affect my stay as I only heard it on one evening.

Nice Friendly hotel, excellent location. Lack of standard rooms on Ground floor was not advertised, which did cause problems as travelling with 80 year old parents, who struggled to use stairs.

Good value deals at this time of year. Staff very helpfull. The al-acarte dinner was below average. The hotel seems to be geared up mainly for the fixed price carvery .

Staff were helpful and attentive Hotel is clean and tidy Bathroom was far too cramped for ease of use (toilet jammed against wall and bath). Booking was poor - I prepaid for the trip (thats what was indicated) but at checkout I was asked to pay again - this was diffcult for staff and myself as I checked out the situation - please be clearer in you info

The room was very pretty and clean with lots of coffee/tea/shampoo/soap and other facilities inside of the room. It was very noisy because of the one glazed window and next to the room was a staff room, heard constantly banging with door etc.

Our recent stay at the Le Friquet Hotel, was really superb from the moment of our arrival. The friendliness, consideration and professionalism of all staff we encountered was exceptional. We felt, that nothing was to much trouble for whatever that we may have required. Dinner, was taken in the Hotel each evening, and was excellent, especially the Carvery. Our stay was over to soon, but with such an experience as this, will certainly have no hesitation in returning to the Le Friquet when we again visit Guernsey.- 'Really excellent' .

We only stayed one night but the rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff good, and the breakfast freshly cooked. We decided to eat in the restaurant and the manager was very professional. The carvery was excellent and service couldnt be faulted. No complaints with the hotel.Room 25 is good - dual aspect. Decor in reception areas may need a makeover soon but rooms are fine. Also no lift.
