Friendly, comfortable, very good food (traditional) -modern "luxuries" E.G.internet access, tea facilities in bedroom, bath and shower all automatically available with no extra charge, fax capacity etc with no hassle. One could argue it could be re-furbished to "modern" taste, but I fear that many of these excellent amenities and charms would disappear!! |

The courtesy and friendly politeness of staff at all levels. Always helpful and with a smile. It made one feel they cared,as well as being totally professional. Just too warm, an open window here and there would have been nice. |

Frienly welcome and good facilities in room Error in booking processing which meant 1 of our 2 rooms had to be lower quality (and was only available by chance). |

I liked everything about my stay at the hotel. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and nice. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel was in a fantastic setting and the gardens were very pretty. It was not far to a lovely park and the west coast. The buses were just outside the gate, the town was close and it was easy to get to other places by bus. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for a relaxing stay in Guernsey. |

The position on the island and the garden. My room was very nice with a view of the garden. The bathroom was good . The service was poor. I am unable to deal with my luggage ,yet no help was was offered. As i have an injury to my back, and there were no handles or mat on the bath I was unable to use it.My son was disappointed in his room which was small and noisy ,although we paid the same price. |

The staff is really kind and helpful. We stayed at an apartment suite very spacious and cosy. Rooms and living room with plenty of windows and light. Nice kitchen and large bathroom as well. Upon arrival the windows were open and it was a bit cold in the rooms but it had decent heating that soon helped. We also could use internet access point since it is kind of hard to find on the island. |

Friendly staff, nice hotel and swimming pool. Relaxing location but not too far from St. Peter Port and surrounding area's. Good food and extremely friendly and helpful bar manager. The receptionist at check out was a bit dippy. |

Very clean and comfortable rooms and as the staff got to know became more friendly Radiator in our room was quite noisy and we found the menus displayed did not relate to the menu we had in the restaurant. Seemed to show the Early Bird Menu at reception but we had the A La Carte when eating later in the Restauarnt.Would have been nice to see both displayed as the choices were different |

Dating back, in part, to the 15th century, this Guernsey farmhouse with pool has been totally renovated into a delightful country hotel and restaurant in beautiful gardens. |
