We didn't stay at this hotel as it was closed for the Winter. We stayed at the Inn Hotel to which these comments refer. |

The late shift recetionist was extremely helpful. The shower did not work. Most inconvenient. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend anyone else to stay there. You get what you pay for I suppose. My colleague was charges for a dinner on his room he did not have. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was excellent. Rooms very comfortable and maid service excellent. The only downside was that the hotel is on a main road and we were in a front room so the traffic noise was quite heavy and started at about 5.30am. Would recommend a room at the back of the hotel. |

Breakfast and the hospitalty of the dining room staff were the only positive aspects of our stay. Towels were stained, grey, and thread bare. Looked liked they move from room to room without laundering. The room was not as shown on internet which influnced my booking. Asked fo wines glasses for the room and was told had to pay 2.95, seems odd as no other hotels where we stayed in the past 6 months has made this charge, Paying the bill resulted with admin charge.Have stayed at Renaissance and Ramada this year and have never experienced this admin fee.On the last night there were no towels or toiletries left in the room, had to go to reception and complain. Finally the room stank of wet paint fumes. as indicated will not recommend or return to the hotel. |

The hotel was located well in Jersey. It had a carpark for patrons. Furnishings were good and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. No vegetarian alternative at breakfast or dinner. Narrow corridors with vicious lift (like Arkwright's cash till) and bar prices were very high. |

i liked the staff and good size rooms and comfortable beds i did not like the menu of food and problems with frequency of the buses meant you had to get a taxi everyday for a week because location of hotel was a good 20 minute walk to the town otherwise |

Yes. Tried to charge me £5.00 for room service when you advertise £2.50 and you charge people for paying with credit cards. Thats an insult from a company that pays little tax and very litte GST. I dont appreciate little surprises like that which is why i wont use your hotel again. I come to the channell island fairly often on business and i expect to be treated like a business man |

The out door heated pool was lovely, good sun-loungers and the poolside shower was excellent. I loved the wicker-furniture and bar area in general. The quality of the cooked breakfast was excellent, the hot nibbles with evening drinks fantastic. The low-walls in the car-park were a challenge and I scraped the hire car bumper - not happy. The two ladies on reception were frosty, appeared over-busy. Breakfast waiting staff seemed rushed off their feet, ketchup arrived after the breakfast had gone cold, it took ages to get tea and toast. Our room over-looked the Co-op shop loading-bay and we were awoken with noisy deliveries. |

Easy access to bus station to travel to other parts of the island. Food very good however evening meal menu remained the same during our stay. Poor room facilities - bathroom looked like a DIY job, unmatching taps, very old shower - this room was not to the standard as advertised on their website. Carpet in our room was stained, and during the hot weather we had to keep our window shut at night due to noise from outside - traffic and drunk people. We would not stay at this hotel again, and for the standard of our room I would not consider this to be 3 star |

The swimming pool was really warm and the breakfast was excellent. Only the noise from the back of the Co-op store, a lot of noise from the staff pushing the big cages around the yard. |

It was a reasonably affordable hotel, and quite handy for St Helier I did not like the hotel`s rule over non-residents. My two children (aged 32 and 34), who live in Jersey, were not allowed in for a drink unless they had a meal, which meant that my wife and myself did not use most of its facilities. |
