Frienliness and helpfulness of the staff in general. The use of the spa
Being called dearie in the restaurant
I liked the location of where our room was situated.
The front of the hotel looked grubby and needed a paint to make it look nice and welcoming. The bedroom carpet was stained.
Everything was good, meal in restaurant was tasty, hot and well served. The spa was welcome after walking around Llangollen and before dining.
The shower in the spa was not working and no signage to tell you so many people trying to turn it on. They could do more to encourage wild life in the location there must be lots around but never got to see much.
Great quality from start to finish! Good service friendly staff and solid facilities.
Decor in hallways needs updating. Xmas dinner in main room wouldve been better
The Staff in the Spa were excellent. The Comfortable bedroom and bed.
The spa was small not enough seating. Food nicely presented not as enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was not Hot. Checking out was very slow.
fantastic location, enjoyed the spa and sauna. Restaurant and the staff especially the gentleman who was there every day and evening. He was cheerful, attentive and really made the atmosphere in the place perfect.
Room a little noisy at night (217) which did give a bit of a disturbed sleep.
The staf were very friendly, always happy to guve advice
The sheets had dirt on, the bathroom cabinet was breaking to pieces, and the full english in the mornig was very limited
A pleasant location, all staff were welcoming & friendly. The spa facilities were very good.would like to return in the future
Only the location
The greasy Breakfast, the unwelcoming attitude. No ink to print directions. Knob on bath tub fell off. Windows dirty. Dirty spoon with cup in room -- months of coffee stains. Asked for more coffee during breakfast and they forgot about me. Grim place.
The hotel was lovely and warm and the bed was very comfy Lovely food in the restaurant
The only thing was the pub menu alot of guests including myself were asking for a bar menu, there doesnt seem to be one? Ive stayed here before and you could get better food in the pub? I noticed people leaving to go elsewhere for there lunch. Also it needs more selection of lagers.
Location, friendliness of staff, Spa facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. We had a lovely relaxing break. Thank you
Just needs the rooms upgrading and wider choice of food on the bar menu.
Smells fom kitchen.carpets dirty.finish in bathroom poor
Food excellent Staff really helpful
Water in spa wasn't very warm Need better wifi Our room was abit chilly needed radiator bleeding
Room 309 suite reallocated Spa Location Food was excellent Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble
Comfort of the bed could have been a lot better, premium inn is more comfortable. First allocated room was old fashioned and dated tatty, so requested move.
The menu in the restaurant was full of choice and the food was excellent and service was exceptional
The bathroom was in need of some tidying up (regrouting maybe) and the shower only produced warm water. The room was situated either near an industrial extractor fan or heating boiler that constantly ran and was very noisy all night.
The spa was lovly this was our 3rd time of staying here.. The bar was lovly and was lovly to sit and have tea with the husband.
We stayed in room 109 unfortunately the cleanliness of the room seems to have gone down hill since r last stay and rooms seem to becoming outdated there was a crack in our sink. There was a bit missing out of the bath and there cobwebs around the mirror in the bathroom and over the light in the bedroom.
Exellent food,friendly staff
poor t.v reception.noisy heating fan
Everything was great ! Used the spa a lot ! Had a fantastic massage ! The food was first class ,xx
There was nothing I didn't like
Food was very good.
Rooms were very hot, one extremely so but this could have been due to unusually mild weather. Ensuite clean but tired looking with poor shower.
Stayed two night and all the friendly Staff, Excellent Food, & Spa facilities. We had a relaxing visit. We will be returning again soon and would reccommend this hotel.
The decor needs updating. Tv needs replacinging on got two cheannels.
Disappointing breakfast in view of the price. Very limited cereals (cornflakes, bran flakes, weetabix) and cooked breakfast looked less than appetising, especially the scrambled eggs. Poor wifi - the only room that seemed to access this was locked on the morning we were there.
Spa. breakfast. grounds.
Wi fi pathetic. Doors banging in the middle of the night. Very noisy central heating. Noise from shower in room above was like an elephant pissing into a biscuit tin in early hours of the morning
Staff very friendly and went the extra mile.
Half the hotel had no TV channels ( for an upgrade surcharge I was moved to a room with all TV channels). Many of the rooms and hallways really need sprucing up. Areas are looking dated sadly.
