Premier Inn Leicester City Centre  

The hotel room was very clean, smelt fresh and was comfortable. The hotel is very close to Leicester shopping area, which saved on travel cost. Plenty of choice is available for breakfast & the food looked very fresh and tasted absolutely yummy. I will definitely return & recommend this hotel to family, friends & colleagues.

There was no iron or iron board in the room.

Lovely staff did everything to accommodate our needs and breakfast was excellant.

The lift system swiping the cards sometimes the cards didn't work which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Front desk staff namely Michelle could not do enough for us.Extremely pleasant and helpful as we did not know the area. Pillows and bed were bliss No outside noise in the rooms Location was excellent Very clean

It was like having the convenience of a big hotel chain with the friendliness of small family run place, a really pleasant surprise. The staff were just brilliant. Right in the centre of everything and practically next door to the train station. Once inside though it's peaceful. Our room was a good size it was was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing.

Lee looked after us very well when having breakfast. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

Uncomfortable beds with itchy sheets which led to a poor nights sleep. Vibration g and noisy water pipes from adjacent rooms when taps ran or toilet flushed

The staff were all, without exception, the friendliest and most helpful we have ever come across. The room was clean and well equipped and the buffet breakfast was superb!

We could not find anything to dislike!

Reception staff made us feel welcome on arrival. Explained all about hotel and facilities . upgraded us to a lovely clean double room . View from room was good . It was quiet sound proofing in room excellent ! this an important feature in any hotel room . Had all the facilities one would expect in a higher quality hotel at half the price.

Cauld have been two more coffee satchets ! also pillows could have been a bit plumper !

So handy for the station and city centre. It was a cold couple of days and the Premier Inn was warm and welcoming. Staff very helpful and friendly ( as they have been in all the Premier Inn's I have stayed in).

There was a bed spring sticking out which caught on my companion's leg. The bathroom wasn't heated and was very cold.

Every thing is ok.

They haven't save box, the haven't medical first aid.

Good value for money, comfortable rooms and a good location.

I've loved my stay at this hotel it was good value for money and has great service.

There was an airlock in the hot pipes which caused a loud noise when the taps were turned on.
