There was not one cupboard or drawer, therefore you couldn't tidy any of your belonginings away and i found this quite annoying. Also there was a big pillar right in front of the window and therefore the room got no natural light. |

The location. I picked this hotel as it was so close to both the station and the court where I was working for 2 days. They did not have a radio in the rooms. Most hotel Tv's can also be radios. Also, the heating controlled by reception...the ac was on in Dec as opposed to the heating!! Also I forgot my charger for my iphone and reception didn't have spare chargers. I accept that was wishful thinking as it would be difficult to hold all phone chargers. |

I liked the whole experience - the hotel room was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly with some good deals on the night. I have read some other reports about this hotel and I did not recognise it from the place i stayed - excellent! |

Everything was fine until on the last morning of our stay my husband was stopped publicly from having breakfast on the pretext that he had not paid for the service when it was evident from printouts of computer bookings that he was fully entitled to have his breakfasts. My Visa Gold Card records also conifrms the full payment. Please see previous box. |

The bedroom was very spacious, not your typical average to small bedroom, the bar area had a nice buzz about it. if you dont get a premier inn parking place in the car park, to which there are only a few it will cost you £5 per 24hrs, on the web site it says that parking is free, but only to a few! |

The rooms breakfast The system of the checking in. I have a visa electron which I used to book but they could not take money from my card. I had also withdrew the maximum of the day. I was so embarrassed to ask for someone to pay for me and yet I had money in the card. |

Great location. Tell Google maps to amend though...they take you to Queen St nearby! I chose this hotel mainly for its parking and found no spaces on my arrival. It was only after I identified a motor-cycle parked in a car space which belonged to a member of staff that I could park. It would have cost me an additional £5 a day if I had not done this. The lift from the car park to reception was out of order (which I reported) this meant 2 journeys up several flights of stairs with luggage and business equipment.Heating in room was on a timer and switched itself off (admitted by reception staff) so I was 1 or 2 degrees cooler in my room than I wished. TV in room 102 set at a ridiculous viewing angle of about 25 degrees due to poorly fitted bracket! |

Only stayed one night but enjoyed facilities and evening meal was excellent value. Breakfast plates were cold and mattress too hard for us. |

Very friendly/helpful staff. Location. Felt comfy and safe for single female. Excellent price. Spacious room. Availability of very close parking (and free!) - but also availability of pay-parking should the free spaces all be full. Breakfast was good and not too pricey. |

This was the first time we had visited a premier inn, and were really impressed. The staff were friendly profesional and very helpfull. This hotel was stylish, comfortable, clean and very good value for money. We were woken a number of times during the night by 'revellers returning to their rooms. |
