Room was great and Lenny is so right - you do get a great night's sleep!
There was nothing to not like.
Location was great, biggest TV I've seen in a premier inn, parking on site, good night sleep and great breakfast!
A few drunks hanging around across the street but coming from London am quite used to it.
When we arrived we was welcomed by the reception staff very help-full .our rooms where very comfortable warm and quiet great bed so comfortable.after a good night out we finished in the hotel bar till early hours very friendly staff .The breakfast and staff so help-full and food was great ,thanks for a great stay have stayed here about 6 times over the last 2 years and could not fault it .
the rain he he he
Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great
Parking spaces limited and awkward.
Helpfull staff clean rooms good food
The staff went out of their way to assist us. They saw that we had young children & accommodated us accordingly. We requested adjacent rooms (that we got). The restaurant staff were very helpful too - bringing our order to us instead of us helping ourselves from the buffet. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.
Parking was a problem in that there wasn't enough spaces for Premier Inn customers so we had to Pay & Display
Conveniently located to Leicester train station, restaurants and shopping area. Well priced, decent sized rooms with comfortable bed. Complimentary tea/coffee in room.
Limited wifi (only 30 mins free). Although 2 persons in the room, only one bath towel was provided and we had to ask for additional towel on each of the 3 days we were there. No toiletries provided other than wall mounted all purpose industrial type liquid soap. We went out to purchase decent body wash and lotion. No adapters available for phone chargers.
Family of two adults and children aged 10 and 15. Plenty of space in the room which was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great value for £8.75 per adult as the children ate free!!
Excellent breakfast. Mind you no black pudding. Spacious bed and room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We arrived after midnight and everything was running smoothly to book us in.
No criticisms at all.
Comfy bed and pillows Handy location from station and centre of Leicester
Alarm in the next room going off eaerly- if I could hear it surely the person in that room could hear it.
The staff are always incredibly efficient. It's a pleasure staying here and I love the fact that it's so quiet.
Trying my hardest to think of something but can't!
I've stayed her a few times. Stuff are always friendly and tentative.
Booking wasn't till 2pm
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the guy who acted like the manager
Very comfortable bed. Very reasonable prices. Food was variable but quite good.
Found the heating a bit unpredictable, but not bad.
Location excellent for town, staff very helpful. Clean and slept like a log (drink probably helped lol).
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Car park was very confusing and shared with a private 'pay and display'. We parked by mistake in a pay and display bay(not marked as such) which had 'premier inn' sign on opposite wall and lead us to believe we were in correct bay. We ended up with parking ticket!!
Comfy beds. Clean rooms.
Peaceful night.............Good breakfast..........Helpful staff..........Close to the station..........Short walk to the bus..........Practically in the city centre.........Didn't see our Lenny........Did see the late king Richard.
Yet again staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful without exception and couldn't do enough to help. You could pay a lot more for a hotel, without staff service coming anywhere near to this. Well done.
Nothing; a budget hotel offering high levels of service. What more could we ask for?
Continual fuming noise, which disturbed sleep, had to pay for car parking limited hotel spaces available
The room was spacious and very comfortable. Every member of staff I came across was very pleasant, welcoming, helpful and professional. It was a genuine pleasure to stay at this hotel
Fantastic staff- very friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was great.
On the second night of our stay, a terrible smell of sewage came up in the bathroom. The staff tried their best to rectify the situation but as they had no other rooms, we had to suffer with it. We did get a refund for that night.
the staff were more than helpful very friendly from the cleaning lady to the receptionist, with two small children they went out of their way to make us feel at home. we were visiting my husband at glenfield hospital who was undergoing heart surgery so we didn't need anymore stress. A lovley place to come back to after a day at the hospital.
the ringroad !!!!
Size and use of space
Comfort of the single beds did not meet the standard of the double.
