Staff are very accommodating. The bed is huge and so comfortable.
No sanitary pads for females.
The leisure facilities the staff were very friendly and helpful when I had trouble checking in I also liked how they have room service
Staff in the Breakfast area miserable
Restaurant closed on Sunday's.
Loved the room/ comfortable Good service Staff helpful n cheerful
Not enough vegetarian food choice on your bar menu Hoped there was spa treatments available like Massages n hair saloon
food in restaurant was excellent enjoyed use of swimming pool and facilities staff very helpful in organising taxis
house red wine was cheap and nasty, I ended up returning it as undrinkable however staff were very helpful and offered another wine in replacement. House wine should be palatable and hand picked by the hotel as their best balanced with price
Car park charge. Disco music could be heard in our room on second floor until early hours. Booking was incorrect. A twin room was allocated to us rather that the double booked. If they were full this would have been an issue. Bathroom very basic and the shower was poor.
When I signed up for the Marriot membership, your information desk informed me that I could win a free night stay (on a separate stay) just by signing up. When I called the Marriot a few days later to ask for the free one night stay, I was informed that I needed more points to qualify for a free night. The issue of accumulating 'points' to qualify for a free night was not explained to me.
My partner and I experienced a truly wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester. The hotel was festively decorated emphasising the Christmas period making the atmosphere very comforting and warm. Not only were the staff very friendly and professional, the facilities were excellent and the bedrooms were modern and comfortable. I think the cost of the hotelis fairly reasonable as you are a fair bit out from the city centre, however, you really get value for money here. The food, service and ambience of this hotel was amazing. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay In Leicester whether it be for business or leisure, the Marriott is wonderful for any occasion!
Everything was good.
Cant think of anything.

Thought the bathroom could of been of a better standard. The hair dryer was pretty rubbish I have short hair and it took forever to dry

Everything was very good with the room and facilities, breakfasts were excellent and dinner was very nice but......
They sold me THE WORST bottle of wine I have ever had, and charged £23.50 for the privelige. I expect to pay through the nose for wine in hotels, but at least the stuff should be drinkable!!! Very, very annoying and spoiled a good night......
Staff, service, rooms, are all absolutely excellent ..
The hotel reception is stunning the layout amazing lots of glass but immaculately clean x
king size bad, very good... the team very polite
To have a marriage party in the same day, to much noisy for the guests...
Rooms were spacious and comfortable, impressive reception area on arrival and fabulous breakfast for a very reasonable price!
