THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY VERY GOOD
I DIDN'T HAVE TOWELS IN THE ROOM
Ability to park the car
Premises looking tired
Facililities very clean and great value for money
I'd skip the cooked breakfast in future.
Room was fine and the bathroom very clean.
I was told by reception breakfast will be served untill 10.00am, when i got there at 9.40am I was told it was too late! After i insisted on a breakfast refund they decided to serve!!
Really nice room, very clean bathroom spotless - comfy bed and nice clean linen
The reception area and lounge is very tired and needs an re-vamp - it made us wonder if our room would be OK ?????
Basic but very clean and comfortable Excellent pillows Easy access Friendly staff Late arrival no problem
Rooms were good but corridors were in process of being refurbed which was a slight put off.
Nice hotel, nice large room with 3 comfortable beds and a good choice for breakfast which is included in the room rate. Good transport links, hotel is just a 5 min walk from Streatham Hill Station.
Room was Newly refurbished.
Was told breakfast was served until 10am went at 9:15 only to be told it was 9:00 by breakfast staff who were a little abrupt, miss understanding between reception and breakfast staff heard a conversation. Anyway that's why I haven't filled in staff friendliness question. Other than that gaff the stay was good, we will stay again.
clean bright bathroom. loved the mural in the dining room
I found the dining room a bit of a dump (apart from the mural). staff in the dining room were friendly but not very helpful.
Very good value for money. Location very close to the railway station was a great advantage. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice comfortable room - very quiet. Cooked breakfast was a welcome surprise.
Was a bit concerned about the ornate grill which was fixed to the bedroom window, as it would have been extremely difficult if not impossible to escape from the room if there was ever a fire.
The room was clean and staff were helpful and pleasant.
There wasn't room to swing a cat in the single room. There was no fridge and ironing board. At 10ish in the morning, one of the cleaning ladies knocked on my door and asked me if I was checking out (check out was 10.30am). 'Oh you're packing' she stated. I promptly left my room 212 (I think) at 10.30am. The cleaning lady who had previously knocked on my door came out of one of the rooms and gave me a look (so you have checked??). I did not make a complaint but I didn't feel that the respective person was professional.
Very helpful personnel, friendly and supportive. Although we arrived at 09:30 am, our rooms were ready and we were allowed to leave our luggage in. Quite warm place, no need for a blanket at end November. Breakfast was good, quiet place, close to different bus stops and railways.

Spacious room, very warm and comfortable, clean bathroom, parking available.
The closest metro station was at 20 min walk, but if you have already a day travel pass, is not such a big problem, you can take a bus. A little bit low water pressure for the warm water.
Cleanliness. Accessibility. Staff. Security as a solo traveller.
Deafening from next door room poor.
Price (relative to London) Quiet room WiFi (£3 for 24 hours) Location (short bus ride from Brixton Academy) Cleanliness
Night reception taking 20 mins to respond to the buzzer when I got back after midnight. Shower water pressure very weak in morning when everyone's showering
Mild walk to Academy, felt safe, very clean, easy parking
Breakfast finishes at 9
I booked 2 x triple rooms for my group as we were visiting London for a gig. I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel seeing as it only cost is £33 per head. The room was lovely and the staff friendly. Breakfast was basic but good. We would stay here again.
This hotel was a great place to stay in London, and within easy reach of several tube stations. The room was spotless and the cleaning staff knocked politely with fresh towels. The breakfast was fine, but skills as regards a choice of egg limited to fried. Toast plentiful and real butter. I rate a stay here for sure.
I really cannot fault it good value for the close proximity to London, and other guests were also satisfied. Definitely would consider a future visit.
Room well equipped Adequate parking Well priced for London Continuing improvements
Bathroom was very hot, radiator uncontrollable
Really clean rooms
Sharing dining tables with other diners
FREE PARKING, CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOM, TEA COFFEE PLEASANT HELPFUL STAFF
The shower in the bathroom was not great as the shower head would not stay still
The hotel is situated close to Streatham Hill rail station which is good for travelling around London. The hotel is nice the room was clean but there was an awful smell in the bathroom where an airfreshner wouldn't go astray, breakfast was ok too. Checkout was very early compared to other hotels I've stayed at which was inconvenient and there didn't seem to be any flexibility in this.
Very early checkout especially if you've a late flight.
