the room was excellent, very comfy and clean as was the bathroom

couldnt turn down the heating the bathroom which was either underfloor or comming from the heated towel rail

They are refurbish & we were given a large refurbed very clean very comfortable room The breakfast is functional & very organised but not fancy

Under renovation so hotel is being upgraded.Extremely helpful, happy staff, great value for money. Clean, bright rooms and very good breakfast. Easy walk to the high st, train station and buses. Highly recommended.

If you come back late at night, parking is not guaranteed.

Room clean bright and modern. We had a garden room on the ground floor. Remarkably peaceful. Had a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was efficient! Great value

Car park small and full - but on street parking unlimited so not really a problem. The hotel doesn't welcome you with a posh reception and lounge area but the important stuff was all there. I've paid more for less elsewhere.

Very clean staff helpfull and very friendly

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel when our original apartment booking was cancelled at the last minute unfortunately there were students staying also on two consecutive nights I had to ring and also went to reception about the noise in common lounge area wich was directly above our room both in the wee hours of the morning needless to say not a happy traveler .

Staff were very efficient and friendly , nothing was too much trouble

The breakfast was not up to much. It was noisey in the corridors through the night.

The fact that they did not have WiFi in the room.

The pillows were amazingly comfortable. Good breakfast.

Wet patch on the carpet when we arrived. Not sure what it was-checked for drips but were none. We didnt complain though just put a towel over the top to try to dry it out. I didnt find an iron which would of been useful.

The friendly staff and the cleanliness of my room. I booked at this hotel because it is near to my daughter's flat but I didn't know what to expect but I'm pleased to say it exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Reasonably located with good bus and train links a few minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Being able to park my car at the hotel was a huge benefit. The hotel had mentioned that they were mid-renovation, but the only sign of this was some scaffolding on the exterior, inside was absolutely fine, and I'm sure it will look great once it is finished.

Staff, especially on reception were not only efficient ,but very friendly. The same goes for those doing breakfast.

The breakfast room was like a holiday camp. The room we had was good for a two star but there was a lot of door banging and noise at 6/7/8 in the morning

The room was very good lot's of space, the two nights we didn't hear anything so we slept very well, very cozy I will go for them any time. the food was also really good products like tea and coffee of top quality tetley and nescafé.

The price booking through Booking.com - and the good location for us to visit family - accom is limited in the area. Very clean, comfortable large room, friendly and efficient staff, free close parking.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic but staff were friendly.

This was our second stay at this hotel, we chose it as it is close to where my Son lives.We have had a pleasant stay both times, the rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable and we have had rooms at the back both times, which were very quiet as well away from the road.

The look of the dining room & the time breakfast is served. Between 9 & 10am on a weekend is far too early, even if the dining room was better than it is so both times we have stayed we haven't had breakfast, even though it was in the price. The dining room needs to be upgraded but more than that, the time for breakfast extended.

Efficient friendly staff, very accommodating. Room was a decent size. It was very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy. Great for short stays where you just need somewhere to sleep. I would stay here again.

My room was very cold and tv didnt work. I was in the new bit at the back but the decor was dated and the furnishings basic. It would have been better if there had been a duvet on the bed and not just a sheet as I was shivering at night.

staff were welcoming, room was spotless, good shower, good cooked breakfast plus continental if wanted, close to the train station. would use again if in London

streatham is surprisingly fun and good to be around the hotel is very good clean comfortable and looks nice and it wasa proper engllish breakfast

plug/electric soket didn't work.i requested not to have the room cleared on the first morning of our stay.they said room has to be cleaned everyday.

Breakfast was very basic. No healthy option: fruit, tomatos, mushrooms were all not available

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and tidy with new bathroom and shower.
