Best Western Leigh Park Hotel  

Large space and amenities for our Family Wedding event.

No lift or reserved parking for disabled clients. Also no rain cover between main hotel and function room (guests had to walk outside hotel).

Really welcoming staff and nice comfortable rooms.

Location, staff and style of hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Didnt really enjoy the food at dinner but no real complaints.

The grounds and the location of the hotel it was very lovely. The staff was very helpful. I was happy with all the service.

There was another of points I would like to bring to your attention: 01. The rooms, hallway and corridedoor where very cold. I wasn't the only guest to mention this to the staff. 02. Room 31 (this is the room I stayed in) in between the radiator was some much dust, which was very shocking as the rooms was very tidy.

Excellent in terms of peace and privacy with a spacious room and good bathroom. Quality of food was above and beyond as well as abundant. It was more something in line with a 5 star hotel. The dinner service was excellent but see dislikes below.

The dinner menu was limited in choice and expensive - again in line with 5 star and was 5 star prices. Since I had invited others and was paying the bill, dining there was something I would not have done had I done my research properly - e.g. there was no "children's food" on the menu. While the accom was excellent, the concept of twin rooms is different. Mine had a luxurious double bed and a portable "guest" bed for my son. There is no elevator in the hotel - its a 3 star of course but it should be known that you can come across quite a lot of stairs.

Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were friendly and helpful.We will stay again!

In our case it would have been better to have had ground floor rooms since there is no lift which wasn't clear to me at the time I booked on line.however the staircase has gradual steps so we were able to cope.

Good food

A little tired needed decorating, especiaally communal areas

Staff were excellent. Cuisine outstanding unexpectedly so and good value for money.It is used a lot for weddngs ceremonies/receptions and there is a lot of pressure on facilities at those times.Our room worked well: it was quiet, comfortable and had great view across the Wiltshire countryside to the Downs.

The room allocated to us was up flight of stairs and then at the very end of a corridor so not the easiest access. Old folks beware!

We wanted a location near Bath.

Our room was clean but not well furnished- quite bland . a strong chemical odor in the room and hallway was very annoying .

Proximity to Bradford-on-Avon; nothing else.

Shabby, dreary, unattractive common areas. Nowhere to sit in gardens and terrace only had two tables.

The hotel and setting were very good

The staff were poorly trained, at times rude and not up to the job. Breakfast would need a serious review if I were ever to stay there again.

El hotel nos ha gustado mucho, una muy buena opción para visitar Bath y alrededores, tranquilo y el servicio muy bien. Las habitaciones amplias y la cama muy cómoda. Muy bonito el hotel y la zona.
