Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good shower
Rooms are small but not tiny.
Location was ideal with a view over the square and plane trees.
Room was a bit cramped - even for one person!
Wifi was only useful to receive emails, Skype was not possible, slow. Whistle the room and the bathroom was ok, the room carpet was in awful conditions, old and full of stains. There was no noise isolation, I could hear the other guests tv, once (24:00) I had to knock his door and ask him to lower the volume. The breakfast was...well the absolute minimum.
Location, friendly staff
Absolutely no soundproofing between rooms and/or corridor Wifi was working only very periodically and made it practically impossible to work from the hotel
Location was quite close to St.Pancrass rail station and Underground. around hotel there were quite few pubs and places to eat out
windows are old type that you hear the all noise from outside and it quite loudly place around .And I was feeling the wind into my room from window. Hotel was quite ok with cleaning but not the best. Breakfast is extra week , no optional choose ..
The location is good and the breakfast wasn't too bad either. But i wouldn't stay here again.
It was grubby, carpets were dirty and showers had hairs in it... There was a loud noise coming from somewhere in the hotel that started at 5am like a fan or a shower perhaps, either way woke me. Disappointing really for the price point anyway...
Clean room, good bathroom with excellent shower, and the bed was not too bad. The hotel is conveniently located close to Euston Railway Station.
The room was very small, and it was located directly above the kitchen: noise and smells from 6am.
The location The cleanliness The staff was nice
My bed was really bad, it wasn't flat, it was like the shape of a wave, very uncomfortable, i had trouble to sleep but my colleague didn't have the same problem on the next room. fortunately there are no many people passing through this street because the isolation is bad and we can hear everything from the outside.
Comfortable bed Friendly staff Delicious breakfast
Very noisey Little hot water
Clean, compact. Tea and coffe making facilities Good WIFI Convenient location.
Ground floor room, every toilet flushed in the room above you felt like it was coming down on top of you!
Its a quiet place without too much movement and people
Good price for location and en-suite. Breakfast was fair as included, cereals, juices and cooked , plus toast, juices and hot drinks. Would like option to not include breakfast tho for discount.
Very small room, even the double bed for 1 person seemed small. Carpet had spillage marks and fraying at edges. General cleanliness good, shower good - but behind bed and corners need attention! Top window opened and radiator had thermo vale so you can control. No lift, but staff took my bag and collected.
Plenty of choice of places to eat on the doorstep, even for a single traveller!
Carpet was dirty, radiator banged in the night! Noisy ground floor location of single room
Quiet back street Nice pubs and restaurants on your doorstep Fried breakfast 5 minutes walk from kings cross
Would be better have a bit more selection for breakfast.
Fantastic breakfast in the morning. Real value for money. Great location, comfy bed and friendly staff. Would definately recommend.
Good location with cafe/pub/shop across the street
Stayed at Room No 2. Single bed. Its really really tiny. Breakast closes early on sunday considering people will be out on sat night it should be open till 11am atleast No plug point next to kettle
Location was excellent. close to cafes ,bars, shops and a five minute walk fron Euston station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and and refreshed daily.
The room was very small and as there was only single glazing the street noise was constant. The breakfast was adequate but did not really cater for vegetarians.
This hotel is good value for London if all you need is a clean warm place to sleep. It is about 10 minutes from both Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras, handy for the West End and in a fairly quiet spot. Very close to cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was well equipped, and the Wi Fi worked well - not always the case in hotels that claim free Wi Fi..
My single room was tiny. To get to it I had to pass through a door into a tiny lobby, which separated the room from reception - kept things fairly quiet - but this door could only be opened wide enough to get through with my very small case, if the door to the room as opened at the same time. I found space to tuck my case out of the way, but anyone travelling with larger luggage would have struggled. The power points were in odd places - to plug in the kettle it would either have to dangle in mid air, or be on the floor behind the door. The carpet was probably clean, but decorated with some interesting stains, and needs replacing. Might go back, but would book a double room!!
Good location, clean and a lovely breakfast. Really nice staff also.
Noisy plumbing - kept waking me up as there's banging (air?) in the pipes?
I had reserved the rooms for 5 colleagues for a business meeting in Victoria. Unfortunately the feedback I received was not good at all. The rooms were dirty with hair over the hot drinks area. It was mentioned to me that they thought the hotel took in homeless people, even bedroom floors were sticky.
Price was reasonable and very clean.
Noisy, as windows were only single glazed could hear conversations outside, cars every little noise. Take ear plugs!
Noisy restaurant workers next door disrupting sleep from 6.30am.
Stairs,shower a bit small
Comfy bed, nice decor.
