Trochu čiostota na pokoji, konkrétně koberce, ve dvoulůžkovém pokoji málo místa na zavazadla a tedy i málo prostoru pro osazenstvo a konečně společná deka, protože ne každá dvojice jsou zrovna partneři. My byli kolegové a byli jsme nuceni spát na manželské posteli. Recepční nám ale na požádání dal druhou přikrývku. |

Příjemný personál. špatná manipulace okna a nedostatečné větrání. a museli jsme ho otvírat dva i. Okno bylo na vysouvání na horu a moc špinavé. špinavá koupelna černé rohy. |

Pokoje byly velmi čisté a zaměstnanci hotelu velmi vztřícní. Chodby byly trochu špinavé. |

poloha hotela je vynikajuca .. cistota bola vyborna .. nepacilo sa mi ze som si pred vyse mesiaca zarezervovala jednu troj postelovu izbu a prvu noc mi povedali ze je snou problem a dali nas do jedno a dvoj postelovej izby... steny su moc tenke a pocut vsetko z vedlajsich izieb... |

rooms were very nice, clean,all day new clean swab, in room was ad manum coffee,tea, breakfast was goog-toast, cheese, egg, jam, butter, tee, juice, fruit, corn flakes, milk, nutela... all enough bathroom and WC is small |

Nice hotel, nearby the Paddington station, friendly staff. Rooms cleaned on daily basis, hot water. Also in nice and quiet area near Hyde and Regent's Park. |

Mainly, the location. You're pretty near to Hyde park and Nothing Hill. It's quiet during the night and quite close to a subway station. The breakfast it's very basic, even for a "continental" one. The first room that we had was in the basement, we needed to ask for a change. |

Budget prices, and pretty decent rooms in a decent neighbourhood. Shower was not always warm, tv had bad reception, breakfast room is small (but, hey, you're on holiday, so go to a decent and relaxed place for breakfast!) |

Good value for the price. Cleanliness was not bad. Good hotel for a few days holiday. Located in a quiet residential area. Close (5' walking) to two tube stations. Sleeping room with 4 beds too smal for 4 people. Dining room too small for all the guests. |

The hotel was perfectly placed for easy access to the city centre - within walking distance of the tube station, close to bus stops. Rooms were functional and clean. Price was good given the location. |

cleanliness of the room Receptionist was not very friendly, room was tiny, no lift as I was given a room on the main corridor with a huge glass front where all the light came through at night despite the closed shutter. Shared facilities were not very clean, extremely tiny with no towel rails or anything and there was no hot water in the shower on 2nd floor. |

We, as a family, greatly enjoyed the proximity to the attractions that were on offer to us in London. This helped when going to landmarks and coming back,not having to journey too long on the tube/bus/cab. The accommodation was just right, clean facilities, comfy bed and adequate room size for a family room. |

Good price, near transport and pretty central. Rooms very small, with shower but shared toilet. 1 for the whole floor. Some rooms didn't have showers and had to use the shared toilet with shower in side. Not very convenient |

Bed was very comfy, ease of location was useful for trips and visits to hyde park staff were mostly aweful, we once called for geographical advice and - dispite the fact the gy at reception had a map he told us to just ask someone. Room was a little dirty/ door to the shower was out of place. |

Clean, very polite, attentive and helpful staff, I like the maids :-) The delivery pizza was the best ever ! The location was perfect. We had a wonderful picnic on our balcony loved it!! I highly recommend this hotel. Convenient to everywhere. Dont use this review for complaints? What don't I like? This is confusing. They seemed to not notice all of cigarette butts everywhere. Americans dont smoke much anymore.. Also, there were some crates that were kept out in front of the hotel in the bushes? American hotels charge only for the nights the room is used. |
