Some of the staff are not so friendly Cleanliness
The location is quite good. I stayed for one night in a room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was fine and clean, but on the other floor. I didn't care that much, though. The great feature(or bug) of room 108 - you can reach the roof through the window.
Staff very accommodating, location good for hyde park and Oxford Street
Room was too small once we had a baby's cot in there. Cannot imagine what it would have been like had we brought another suitcase. Breakfast had no fresh fruit, only canned fruit salad. I wasn't expect the Beverly Hills buffet but at least a banana and an apple. WiFi didn't work in the room.
Staff very friendly and polite. Very good location.
We had a very small room next to the breakfast room. Very small amd noisy in the morning.
Location is perfect, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, this is my second time here and would definitely be back.

Breakfast was a nightmare, only continental and had to book a time slot, the last time slot was 9.10 am to 9.30 am so we booked this, we went down at 9.25 and they were clearing away so we got one slice of cold toast, so had to go out to eat, second day we went at 9am to find no tables to sit at as its a very small room so once again had to go out.
Quite far from train station, after whole day travel still need to walk around 10min to the hotel. Very noisy, I can hear the sound from outside ie: door closed, ppl talking, walking sound. Lift very small. Room also very small, bed not comfort, washroom very narrow and small. Staff not very friendly. I can't call use the phone from room to room service. No air conditionar.
Clean and tidy room. Continental style breakfast good Mini fridge Location near 2 parks, tube stations Local shops Great restaurants nearby
Room abit small for family 2adults and 2 kids Bathroom tiny
The breakfast was a bit basic.
The exterior gave me a good impression but as soon as I entered my room, it went downhill from there...
The room is so small could barely fit my stuff. The bathroom didn't have a toilet of its own, we had to share it with the rest of the floor. The shower didn't look clean. The room smelled funky, the air was stuffy. One of the receptionist, a lady with glasses, was extremely rude and impolite when I asked for a refund but they would not return my money. I stayed there an hour tops, I couldn't stay there anymore. I left the hotel and went next door but overall I don't recommended this hotel to anyone.
Rude staff Awfull food Badly appointed rooms Carnival of thieves making tons of money with nothing in return dont care for customers equipment in room dose not work. No effort to repair Manager is not contactable for weeks

Location - 10 min away from Tube, 5 min from 4 bus lines, 10 Min walk from "Open untill midnight" dinning options, clean . If you plan on whole days at london - its a pretty Ok place to come to shower and sleep.
Make sure you get Upper floors rooms -the rooms at -1 are unacceptable. I was transfered to 4th floor - which was Ok. No cooling devices - accept for an unefficient fan. No shampoo - make sure you get your own.
Their staff are friendly. The location is good. It has good access to major shopping areas and a quiet surrounding.
Rooms are too cold. Beddings not pleasant. We pay £5 for internet.
Location was good and the room had everything you needed.
the location was the only positive thing
The room in ground floor, the bathroom stinked and when we asked to change it they said there are no alternative rooms available
Location was great walking distance to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. A lot of great little restaurant.
The bathroom in the room smelt like mildew very tiny. The beds not to comfortable.
Excellent location, helpful staff and a quite nights sleep.
Smoke smell, even thought the hotel was non-smoking, not sure why
Location was good close to Hyde park and stations
Has to queue in morning for table even though selected time slot. Breakfast room tiny and cramped. Kitchen staff and maids ignorant and grumpy. Our room was in basement and very tiny and stuffy. Not much selection on breakfast. Not thoroughly cleaned rooms- dusty and dirty curtains. Wouldn't recommend.
Location is good, and it is nearby from everything, including two tube stations on two different lines, Bayswater and Queensway. It also have many shops nearby, and the area stays awake till late, so it is supposedly safe.
I booked a room for three, and I got two tiny shelves and few hangers to put all our stuff in. There aren't even any hangers in the bathroom to put your towel or clothes on when taking a showe. There are no drawers or so in the room itself. There was also no AC, and the weather was really hot inside the room. Breakfast had very few variety.
For the life of you and your happiness- stay away from this place! Not only were the facilities below par, our room was tiny, filthy, with no iron,a sink and toliet which kept blocking,A TV which was''current'' in the 1980s, and a hair-dyer which didnt function. Furthermore- if that wasn't bad enough- the staff were rude and unhelpful. We stayed here for three nights and tried our damnest to spend as little time as possible in the hotel- such a disappointment!
The room is very dirty, very poor, very noise... poor than the bed and breakfast type. I have booked for three days but I really unable to stay in it. I have asked to cancel the other two days but the hotel refused. I left the hotel even without refund. I am really angry with this INN.
Location was great, staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was decent considering price. Safety deposit box in the room. Bathroom was ok considering price.
Wifi was not free. Rooms had too thin walls, we woke up several times due to guests in other rooms making noise. We could basically listen in on their conversation. Rooms were cramped. Windows in the basement rooms didn't have dark enough curtains/blinds and faced upwards so birds walked on them and rain pattered quite hard, which woke us up most nights/early mornings. Only simple soap, no shampoo/shower gel. No reading lights by the beds.
