Room, was adequate and clean, rooms need to be checked before hand as everything not working correctly. Dining room can do with a little more tlc to make it more relaxing and appealing.
Staff friendly, but language seemed a problem.
Hygiene was disgusting - fell seriously ill while staying at this hotel, and uncertain it wasn't due to the state of the bed. It was FILTHY. Shared toilet was 2 floors away. Would not stay again
Close to the tube and food strip
Very little space for four suitcases in a double room and a tiny bathroom
Good location, good breakfast
Very small room, old building, cold from the window, unable to get normal 20C temperature in the room.
Location is reasonable and close to hip on hip off pickup point which is of great help. Basically, we are paying for the location.
Breakfast is the same throughout our three day stay. The staff was not friendly to explain things when asked.
Reception & rooms were dated. Floor has all cracked tiles. Quite noisy as thin walls. Staff not very friendly on arrival, no early check in, lift outta order for the full 4 day stay & we were on the 4th floor. We asked to move room & were told no rooms until i adv I had a medical condition & then 3 rooms were suddenly available. breakfast very basic, cold toast, cereal & tea/coffee, rooms were very small & dated, Location was ok - you get what you pay for
The position of the inn is very good, it is near Hyde Park with very good bus and subway access. The staff is friendly and cooperative.
The Wi-Fi usage is not free, no electric kettle in room, breakfast time must be assigned (roughly) at the first time you enter the inn, shared bathrooms are not in every level, some levels have no such facilities
close to station, west end theaters, etc.
hard bed. bathroom tiles need attention very mouldy.
bed was comfy
I asked for a double bed and a single but ended up with 3 singles 2 pushed together with single bedding very annoying. breakfast was poor very basic and cold toast
Upgraded to ensuite. Very Nice
great location, good value for money comparing prices in the area
hotel needs to be refurbished, really small room and bathroom, old and dirty carpet. Dining room for breakfast to small to accommodate all the guests.
Good location Quiet
Bed jammed against the wall, only possible to access bed from one side. Breakfast room too small for the number of guests
It's fairly walking distance to Oxford Street; approximately 25 minutes perhaps? Super close to Hyde Park.
Being a Malaysian, I didn't like the idea that that area was like super famous for Malaysians and that every few seconds you'll meet another one of us and like as if we are so filthy rich that our people come to London for a vacation (hahaha). Anyway, the bed was a bit smaller than the standard size that we have (I didn't notice this, but my slightly obese dad did). I got bitten by some bug middle of the nights I was there, not sure if they were mosquitos or bed bugs. Breakfast was a bit too normal and the dining room was wayy too small to accommodate the customers.
i was stay in four floor and broken lift for first day i was arrived and continued broken until we leave. not good. don't think i will stay here again
Beds were clean and staff was helpful specially Ahmed at the reception.
Everything about the hotel, friendly staffs and supervisors, clean and sufficient room for 2 adults and 3 young kids, excellent location with easy access to tube and busses. Worth every single penny spent for 17 nights. Would definitely come again and recommend to other travelers.
Really clean, comfy bed, staff friendly. Breakfast not perfect but ok
Shower Luke warm
location excellent, breakfast good,
Bedside lights didn't work. Used chewing gum underneath mug-didn't realize this until after had made tea so was soft and stretchy and in bed at the time.....nasty. Broken tile on bathroom floor with very sharp edges. Had to book breakfast room when checking in which was fine, but not everybody stuck to their time slot so small room was very crowded, consequently was unable to sit with my family to eat breakfast.
Good location near subway Queensway. Restaurants (e.g. for breakfast) in same street.
Cold water in the shower. Only two very small bathrooms for the whole hotel.
It is pretty close to some restaurants and cafe, 10mins walk to nearest underground station and shops.
The room is a little bit small so you should expect this if you stay at a quadruple room. You can hear people talking along the hallway and the breakfast provided is very simple.
I cannot find anything good.
Super cold and tiny room. The staffs were unfriendly and breakfast was aweful since the room was very small to occupy all people in the hotel. Overall you can find much better rooms with the price I paied for.
Reasonable price, accommodating staff, cosy inn, beds were comfortable, well maintained, breakfast was an added bonus, location was good.
Shower heads were terrible, limited space in rooms,
Spotless linen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Front of house staff very helpful even lent my niece a phone charger. Tea, coffee, cereal and toast for breakfast. All for a bargain price
Close to Hyde Park and just minutes by bus to Oxford Street. This hotel offers two parking spaces at reasonable cost. We really appreciated the convenience of parking our car at the hotel.
