The location and the beds were very comfortable When we arrived on Friday night we were directed to our room on the 3rd floor which we had booked and paid for prior to admission. We had booked a room for four people with ensuite. The room had 1 double and 2 large single beds. When you needed to pass in the room you had to sit on the bed to let someone pass. (This room was only suitable as a double) The sink was so close to the toilet it was almost impossible to use comfortably. There was zero hot water available during our stay from Friday to Sunday either from the tap or the shower, which made washing anything but pleasant. This was reported to reception on numerous occasions but we were advised we could use the communal shower on the 2nd floor.Apparently an engineer had repaired the fault on Saturday but on returning to our room the reception was asked to check the hotwater in our room and agreed that it still was not working. When we asked to speak to the manager they were not available at any time for customer care and we were point blankly refused any refund or compensation for our dilemma. The continental breakfast was a disgrace, 2 bowls of cereal to choose from, only tinned fruit, cold hard boiled eggs and toast- not very appetizing. I would like someone to contact me regarding this as soon as possible

Nice, clean and polite staff. very small room and the smallest double bed have I ever seen. Had to pay an additional pound to be allowed to use the iron. Basics like this should be in the room price. Can hear everything in the next room.

The staff were friendly and the location in Bayswater was great for our needs. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately a double bed in a single room does not work! It was the smallest room we stayed in during our month-long trip to France, Switzerland and London.

Hi There We were not too happy with Leisure Inn because we were given a very small room for three adults and a baby. They didnt allow us to see the room before checking in though we requested. We didnt have any space to keep the luggage and had to make my infant son sleep on the floor. The room was in the basement with no ventilation. We wanted to check out but they said they have to check with the manager and that he would rarely be available.Waited for days but couldnt see him. Not child friendly, Then they shifted us to another room later with single cots joined to make a double that was moving away in the night so that one of us kept falling down.Too exopensive for 950 Pounds for 9 nights.

I found the location worked really well for me. It is fairly close to the tube, but didn't feel that way at first with a lot to carry and trying to get my directions right. Once there, it was alright and the staff are nice. There is a lift. I read many reviews that mention the noise level. I was staying in a room right next to the lift and I thought it was going to be terrible. I even brought earplugs just in case, but it wasn't too bad, I didn't need the plugs. You can hear a lot, the nights I was there it wasn't bad. For the price I paid and the access I had to Central London, it was well worth the price I paid. It wasn't extremely clean, but didn't seem unsanitary either. It was more like a bit worn, but still comfortable. I have stayed in London many times and have paid a lot more for a lot less in terms of quality and comfort. So, overall, it is good value I think. The breakfast was nice for a continental one and it was included.

I found most employees until very grumpy and rude. I understand that the culture is different, but education is welcome and should always be practiced anywhere in the world regardless of culture. A day ago 10 minutes after the deadline for breakfast and simply the woman who was serving the coffee said it could not serve me coffee, because the time had passed. I asked at least a bit of coffee, considering that I was with my two daughters, and had not understood much of the time limit. I think it could not hurt to have met a little better with a little more education and attention is not really the talk, but the way they talk about is what makes the difference. The attendant was extremely rude and impatient, not to mention that during the breakfast time listening to all the noise of cutlery and dishes being collected in an extremely stupid and unpleasant for those who just woke up, a noise like someone who is very rushing and passing a message like "hurry up and give place to another, for more people to have coffee." Thatwas the reason that led my two daughters and I do not want more coffee in the hotel, even though hungry, because it would be best if we do not beat as many dishes as high as is done in the morning. Just remember that a smile would be nice to break any stress and bad mood. Who does not know and do not like to deal with públ ico should seek other work, as in an office maybe. The hotel was filthy, staff not very helpful. Our bathroom was "smelling" and my son had asthma exacerbation because of this, when I complained the drain was cleaned with bleach. The quality was poor for the money paid.I Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

It was very noisy, they vacumcleaned right outside our door at 7.00 am. You could here the other guests talking very well. We heard the elevator every time it moved. The person at the reception was unwilling to help us when we asked if it was possible to have breakfast (that we had paied for) a little bit earlier because we had to catch a plane (it usually can be arranged).

Location Rude staff, personal conversations and phone calls more important than serving guests. Breakfast setup was an absolute joke, we ended up having to go up the street and buy our own each day. The smallest bathrooms I've ever seen in a hotel room, our friend only had a shower in her room (which didn't work) and no toilet. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

Only the location. It's absolutely inacceptable to stay in room 11 in the basement as it is right next to the lift which caused immense noise and vibration all through the day and night. Noisy preparations for breakfast started at 7 right next to our door and opposite the only window. The duvets, though washed, had paint stains. There was rust on most appliances in the bathroom. Breakfast was youth-hostel style: crowded, not enough seating, very little choice, no eggs from 9:05am. Under these circumstances, it is not acceptable to pay £110 for a triple room. To give the manager a chance to explain or apologise, I wrote to him/her before submitting this review but have sadly not received any reply.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable. The price was cheap and the location was amazing. I suppose others might complain that the rooms were small or the bathrooms a little out of date, but it was perfect for my purposes. Let's be honest, if you're in London you're probably going to spend most of your time in the city, not in your hotel room. If you like to spend a lot of time in your room, get a more expensive hotel. If you just need a comfortable bed and a place to shower, save some of your money and get a room at this hotel.

ηοT water whenever we wanted. Good housekeeping. The room was not cold Poor reception communication, very short breakfast times, no shampoo provided just 2 soaps, very narrow room space, the safe wasnt working, old matresses, half the hangers were broken, do you even need more, stay away from the hotel unless it is the cheapest thing you can find in the area.

The hotel was well situated for our purpose and quite comfortable, my only qualm is the advert as to breakfast which could and should be improved. You either provide an English or Continental and I'm sorry to say it was neither, otherwise value for money.

Not much, the location was ok. And the room smelled ok. The room was too small, in the basement, nearly any hot water and heat (and we stayed there in december!!!). Candybars in the automatic machine had expired 6 months ago. Poor breakfast. Absolutely no value for money.
