We, as a family, greatly enjoyed the proximity to the attractions that were on offer to us in London. This helped when going to landmarks and coming back, not having to journey too long on the tube/bus/cab. The accommodation was just right, clean facilities, comfy bed and adequate room size for a family room. |

Value for money cannot be questioned. Is what you pay for. Night staff very rude, and not willing to help out when had issues with vending machine |

Good price, near transport and pretty central. Rooms very small, with shower but shared toilet. 1 for the whole floor. Some rooms didn't have showers and had to use the shared toilet with shower in side. Not very convenient |

Bed was very comfy, ease of location was useful for trips and visits to hyde park staff were mostly aweful, we once called for geographical advice and - dispite the fact the gy at reception had a map he told us to just ask someone. Room was a little dirty/ door to the shower was out of place. |

Clean, very polite, attentive and helpful staff, I like the maids :-) The delivery pizza was the best ever ! The location was perfect. We had a wonderful picnic on our balcony loved it!! I highly recommend this hotel. Convenient to everywhere. Dont use this review for complaints? What don't I like? This is confusing. They seemed to not notice all of cigarette butts everywhere. Americans dont smoke much anymore.. Also, there were some crates that were kept out in front of the hotel in the bushes? American hotels charge only for the nights the room is used. |

It was convenient and cost-efficient as a place to stay while getting my bearings in London and finding a place to live permanently. |

Stayed in en-suite double room which was located in the basement floor. Very comfortable and cosy. Nice atmosphere, clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to a friend room quite dull during the day due to its basement location. |

We can not use the television, remote is missing and can not manually operated. We book for double bed but when we check in, there was 3single bed crammed together in standard size room. Good for a family or on a budget accomadation. Not bad continental breakfast. |

Good location. Small but clean bathroom and bedroom, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Good for budget travellers who want a place to stay in the centre of London, close to Bayswater & Queensway station and Hyde park. Use of internet in reception for a small fee. The room and bathroom were very small. However, we booked the day before arriving and being on the top floor, think we had the smaller of the double rooms. Hardly enough room to move about with the suitcases on the floor. Bathroom is tiny, felt like I was showering in a shoebox, and hot water ran out after the first shower. No tv reception. Would not recommend for more than a few nights, but it was clean and suitable just for sleeping in after a day in the city. |

The room was really small, however, me and my boyfriend loves it ! It was so comfortable and cosy !! ..the bed was really comfy. This hotel is affordable and when we got back form shopping, our room was already cleaned for us :). The breakfast was a bit plain. The room was a bit too small, nowhere to out my make up bag and the light didn't work. |

We got what we paid for. Good location. Bayswater is perfect to live in when you visit London. The breakfast was terrible. The room was samll, but it was okej, since we paid so little. The bed was comfortable but very very small. |

Near pleasant shopping street and train station, easy walk to green parks, the Serpentine River and the Albert memorial, Kensington Palace, Knightsbridge, Science Museum etc. all through parkland. Open all night, but quiet. My little room felt like home. The eggs for breakfast are hard boiled. Good if you want to nick one for lunch, but, fried would be nice. Plenty of white-bread toast, butter, jams, cereal and cheese, tea and coffee and juice. Breakfast wasn't gourmet but it was adequate. I'd booked a room with no bathroom - toilet a bit far away. |
