Definitely it's location as it is located close enough to all facilities including underground and a variety of shops and restaurants. Some of the key points to visit in London are in a moderate walking distance which I would also treat as an advantage. The hotel is open 24 / 7 so You don't have to worry about the time that You get back to Your room. A minor thing but still, to get hot water under the shower You had to leave the water running sometimes even for 5 minutes so that hot water would finally start flowing from the shower. All in all a minor problem. |

£45 for a double room with a shower in central London is pretty good so although it was small, it was a bargain! You can't compain much at £45 |

Location of the hotel is very good - connections and shopping just round the corner. Hotel is clean but rooms could be just a little bigger at the one we stayed was smallish. There were quite loud music that prevented us to sleep, maybe only that night? The breakfast room was really crowded. |

It was cheap, especially to be located so near to central London. The room was nice and well cleaned. Lack of hot water. The fact that they charged my credt card when they said they wouldn't. |

Excellent location close to everything including Heathrow transport. Good breakfast provided. Clean and although I didn't have an ensuite room fresh towels were provided daily. Single room was tiny - but this was expected |

The locality was great. the hotel was clean and checking in and out was straightforward. We were in a ground floor room next to reception which was very noisy from 5am- staff talking loudly to each other. Breakfast was a scrum in a room that was not half big enough for the number of people in hotel. No tables, no cups, no glasses, no cutlery! |

It is the second time i stayed at the hotel, this second time they had re-filled with some new furniture. Rooms have fridges, tv and toilet and windows. Breakfast is pleasnt. Good value for money. No luxuries. There is also a room to store the luggage. Above all i love the area. The hotel staff could be a little more pleasant. |

The location was good, and the lobby area was nicely done. I guess the price was lower than other places. First and foremost, there was a bedbug infestation! I felt like I was in a third world country. Second, the hotel staff were not very polite and some were downright rude. Third, aside from the bedbugs, the room just didn't seem clean. |

Value for money - close to the tube and the center of London, very friendly and helpful staff. Baby cot for baby without extra payment. Small but for the price more than fair and perfect for a city trip where we only used the hotel for sleeping- would return again next time we visit London The heater could not be turned off in the room so it was very warm. |

Muy bien el confort en las camas. What we've found better is the bed comfort. Tres bien les matelas des lits. Esta cerca de Paddington stations; bien comunicado. The continental breakfast has nothing of continental (and not much of breakfast). We ended buying yogurt and some ham to mix with the few things we could find at the hotel. Too much noise in the corridors (specially of the hotel staff, that starts cleaning at 7:15 in the morning) can be heard from inside the room. |

Very comfortable bed Smallest hotel room ive ever stayed in. Could only go to the toilet with the door open. Breakfast was a farce, milk warm on the shelf straight out of the plastic container, cornflakes, muesli or warm cheese, not very continental at all. Was told by a waitress "this is not a 4 star hotel you know". Waste of £207 in my view and i have stayed in most cities in Europe. |
