Leisure Inn Hotel  

I found most employees until very grumpy and rude. I understand that the culture is different, but education is welcome and should always be practiced anywhere in the world regardless of culture. A day ago 10 minutes after the deadline for breakfast and simply the woman who was serving the coffee said it could not serve me coffee, because the time had passed. I asked at least a bit of coffee, considering that I was with my two daughters, and had not understood much of the time limit. I think it could not hurt to have met a little better with a little more education and attention is not really the talk, but the way they talk about is what makes the difference. The attendant was extremely rude and impatient, not to mention that during the breakfast time listening to all the noise of cutlery and dishes being collected in an extremely stupid and unpleasant for those who just woke up, a noise like someone who is very rushing and passing a message like "hurry up and give place to another, for more people to have coffee." Thatwas the reason that led my two daughters and I do not want more coffee in the hotel, even though hungry, because it would be best if we do not beat as many dishes as high as is done in the morning. Just remember that a smile would be nice to break any stress and bad mood. Who does not know and do not like to deal with públ ico should seek other work, as in an office maybe. Location

I didn't like the fact that my room had nothing to do with the pictures I saw on the website. And also by shared washroom it ment 2 for the hotel? And 2 in the bassement.. It be nice if that was clear. Also and most important I didn't the cab that was ordered for me by the night staff was very questionable and was trying to rip me off. I was trying to get to victoria, witch cost 18 pounds were it should have only be like 10 or so.. No metter, and the whole time he was lying about the train price trying to get me to catch a ride to the airport in the taxi. Suspicious, if I ask for a taxi, get me a taxi.. Not a buddy in an unmarked cab to rip me off.

the bedroom was good. a little tide for a family of 4 people but was good comparing with the price and the location. in just two streets of distance you can find a metro station and a full street of shops, supermarkets and restaurants for when you go back to the hotel from the center. 3minutes from Hyde park where you can enjoy a relaxing hiking through the park and arrive straight to the harrods's building. really great location.

breakfast room was very small for the number of guest that the hotel can guest... the idea of splitting time breakfast in several short range of time didn't work so much well.

Nothing. Would never go back there again.

The loaction is great.

The bathroom have to be improved a lot.

Thank god for the price. It is basic but it is clean , central and cheap so can't complain.

A few too few toilet facilities.

Our room No 10. in the basement of the hotel did not meet the standard we required with no toilet or shower facilities in room only at the other end of the hall in the hotel. The hotel was full which made it more awkward to be walking around the hallway at night for toilet. The window was bolted down and we saw it as a fire hazard we had booked for two nights and we told the receptionist when we say our room that we would not be staying their another night. We then went out and got alternative accommodation and collected our baggage in the morning. We made our views known to the receptionist when we returned she did not seem bothered and said we would have to pay for the two nights when we could not even stay one night seen our room as unsafe.

Very much as I had hoped and more! Close to parks and tour bus for city just around the corner. Would stay again and recomend to others

The Location and connection to Tube is great, staff friendly, room clean.

Walls are a bit thin and shower a bit lukewarm.

Great value for money and very pleased with room as we were travelling as a group. Staff were very pleasant and was very happy with the stay overall.
