Leisure Inn Hotel

Minden nap cserélték a törülközőket, pedig nem hagytuk őket a földön, bekészített vízforraló volt kávéval, teával, tejszínnel. A személyzet együttműködő volt.

A szoba túlságosan kicsi volt, a fürdőszobában egy nemrég befejezett vízvezetékszerelési munkálatok nyomai látszódtak, a zuhany csapjánál és a WC-nél, a WC minden lehúzásnál hajókürtre emlékeztető hangot hallatott, amit jeleztünk személyzetnek, de nem történt semmi, szekérny nem volt, polc sem, ahová a holmikat ki lehetett volna rakni. A harmadik emeleten a melegvíz nyomás nagyon alacsony volt, a reggeli egyhangú volt: piritós, kávé, tea, vaj, sajt, tojás, dzsem.

The hotel was perfectly placed for easy access to the city centre - within walking distance of the tube station, close to bus stops. Rooms were functional and clean. Price was good given the location.

cleanliness of the room

Receptionist was not very friendly, room was tiny, no lift as I was given a room on the main corridor with a huge glass front where all the light came through at night despite the closed shutter. Shared facilities were not very clean, extremely tiny with no towel rails or anything and there was no hot water in the shower on 2nd floor.

We, as a family, greatly enjoyed the proximity to the attractions that were on offer to us in London. This helped when going to landmarks and coming back,not having to journey too long on the tube/bus/cab. The accommodation was just right, clean facilities, comfy bed and adequate room size for a family room.

Shower water was really cold.

Rooms very small, with shower but shared toilet. 1 for the whole floor. Some rooms didn't have showers and had to use the shared toilet with shower in side. Not very convenient

Bed was very comfy, ease of location was useful for trips and visits to hyde park

staff were mostly aweful, we once called for geographical advice and - dispite the fact the gy at reception had a map he told us to just ask someone. Room was a little dirty/ door to the shower was out of place.

It was convenient and cost-efficient as a place to stay while getting my bearings in London and finding a place to live permanently.

I didn't like anything. Internet is not working after I paid money and the didn't care to fix it after my coplain. The shower was broken, the phone is not working, no remote control for TV, and the staff is not freindly atl all.

We can not use the television, remote is missing and can not manually operated. We book for double bed but when we check in, there was 3single bed crammed together in standard size room. Good for a family or on a budget accomadation. Not bad continental breakfast.

good on weekend or 2 days

there was a couple of leaks inside my room, and rained all night long so I was not really happy
