Very good The fact that the rate I had on booking.com was not the same at the reception of the hotel (13 pounds higher). I had to negociate before they agreed to give me the agreed price |

the hotel was good value, and very convenient for north terninal gatwick,it is also vey suitable for business meetings the restaurant was over priced and the food appeared to be processed |

large comfortable beds and clean room. could check out when you like. food quite good, although charge extra to bring up to room the walk from the airport with luggage was awkwardly long, outdoors and unassisted by porters. expensive internet |

The connection with the Gatwick terminal is difficult especially in the rain. I realize that Sofitel intends to make improvements over the next several years. The security operation of the Lifts from the Lobby to Rooms are not explained adequately for new guests. |

Good facilities, very comfortable bed, very good acustic insulation. A real 4 star hotel //// Buenas instalaciones, cama muy comoda y muy buen aislamiento acustico. Un hotel de 4 estrellas de verdad. Only 20 channels available on TV, very few of them were international ones. If you plan to go to London, this hotel is far away. I chose it becouse of business, not for tourism. //// Solo habia 20 canales disponibles en la TV, y muy pocos de ellos eran canales internacionales. Si tienes pensado ir a Londres, el hotel esta lejos. No es un hotel para turismo, mejor para negocios. |

The hotel was clean and tidy and in an excellent location.The baggage people were helpful and friendly. I found the check in staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. |

Fast room service, 24-hour kitchen services and proximity to the airport I suffer with sinus problems, so I prefer rooms with hardwood floors. There were none available at this hotel. |

We chose this hotel because of the location to the airport. The rooms were nice and comfortable and quiet. We visited one of the restaurants and the service was extremely slow! |

Helpful staff. Orompt roomservice. Direct access to Gatwick airport was not available to the bulding work which should have been stated in the hotel details. Not enough seating in the bars. |

We had a very nice stay and the convenience of being located at Gatwick made our fligh out very nice. Your hotel is so nice I might just stay there on my next visit to London and commute in by train each day. It was very quiet and the Asian restaurant had excellent food. Thanks so much for making the end of our 4 week trip to Europe so pleasurable! I will recommend you to all my friends! |

Girl in reception was very nice and welcomed us kindly. We asked for additional bed for the child and they arranged it very quiclky. Well - the floor in the room was not cleaned or cleaned badly as there was even a hair slide on the floor :( |
