Fast room service, 24-hour kitchen services and proximity to the airport I suffer with sinus problems, so I prefer rooms with hardwood floors. There were none available at this hotel. |

We chose this hotel because of the location to the airport. The rooms were nice and comfortable and quiet. We visited one of the restaurants and the service was extremely slow! |

Helpful staff. Orompt roomservice. Direct access to Gatwick airport was not available to the bulding work which should have been stated in the hotel details. Not enough seating in the bars. |

We had a very nice stay and the convenience of being located at Gatwick made our fligh out very nice. Your hotel is so nice I might just stay there on my next visit to London and commute in by train each day. It was very quiet and the Asian restaurant had excellent food. Thanks so much for making the end of our 4 week trip to Europe so pleasurable! I will recommend you to all my friends! |

Girl in reception was very nice and welcomed us kindly. We asked for additional bed for the child and they arranged it very quiclky. Well - the floor in the room was not cleaned or cleaned badly as there was even a hair slide on the floor :( |

Its proximity to Gatwick North Terminal. Its cleanliness and comfort. On Arrival I asked if the room tarrif included breakfast. I was told that it included a continental braefast but for an extra GBP10.50 I could have a full English. As we were checking out early we decided to stick with the continental. I was shocked to find that having had a fruit juice and coffee and toast my wife and I were given a bill for GBP 32. I complained to the receptionist and explained what we had been told on checking in. The response I received was that it was my word against the word of the trainee who checked us in. That is not the kind of remark I expect from a good quality hotel. |

i liked the atmosphere and the staff.i did not like the construction,it caused my children to go out in the rain and we got wet going in and coming out and i wish there was a shuttle for luggage that we ended up paying for going out. |
