The beds and pillows were very comfortable which you dont expect in hotels. The staff were very polite and attentive.

The rooms did have air conditioning which as usual is a bit noisey, it would have been nice to open a window for fresh air but we couldnt. The restaurants choice was good but a bit over the top for most tastes.

Location close to airport terminal. excellent if pricey food in Brasserie

The room was far superior to the hilton at Gatwick. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom a good size

The location is excellent for late arrivals and early morning flights. The beds were extremely comfortable. I just wish I had been able to stay longer than the 5 hours between my flights.

I felt the cost of the breakfast was rather high although my friend did enjoy it.

For a hotel attached to an airport it does well. Prices are high but you'r paying for convenience. Restuarnat prices were high but it is very good food which starts the holiday with a smile.

Very expensive meals a lift was out when i left so slightly more difficult to leave than it should have been.Unfortunatly you can hear the guests next door when they are a little noisy!

Everything worked as it should. Internet was easy to 'operate'. Bath products were good quality. Room service was friendly. All-in-all, it did everything it said on the tin and my 'badpoints' are relatively trivial.

Room was slightly too small for two suitcases. Music in the Club Lounge on the 8th floor was dreadful. Not enough hangers and hanging space and definitely not enough drawer space.

I think the staff did not communicate very well at all! The good for room service was shockingly poor, the taste was poor and for the amount of money you paid it was terrible, e.g almost £6 for 10 chips- shocking.

Lovely hotel. Staff very good. Convenience to airport.

Closest hotel to Gatwick airport so could just walk to the terminal for our flight. Had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, a few drinks then bed and slept like a log on what must be the most comfortable bed (and pillows!) in the world!

Nice to just launch your holiday from this smart hotel, and nice to look forward to coming back to this smart hotel after the holiday. 4. Food in all the restaurants are superb, breakfast great. 5. We'll always be using this hotel when at Gatwick.

The choice above to describe the hotel - to me it was convenient and comfortable. Shower over the bath without anything to stand on to stop us slipping

Location - right on North Terminal Comfort of the bed Good Chinese Restaurant Despite being on the airport it was quiet.

Time it took to get additional coffee, tea, etc. Had to telephone reception to remind them.
