We attended a wedding reception. The suite for this had a lot of character. Staff helpful with directions on leaving.
Chipped cup in bedroom. No shower gel provided, but two body lotions. Loaded a credit card for 'extras' but unusable at the bar in the wedding room. Cash only.
Gave me a room which backed on to a night club, then moved me room due to noise to a room designed for disabled people with alarms all over the place, couldn't open window due to traffic outside and there was no air conditioning. Emailed hotel to complain and no response. NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.
Lift didn't work, shower didn't work properly, reception staff were either drunk or just useless
free Wi Fi in room, very clean, large room, beautiful building, ideal location - yes perfect :)
the view from the window was to an interior courtyard, pipes etc, nothing to look at, can't think of anything else :)
I have stayed in hotels all over the world, this hotel matches a hotel in los angeles, good for every thing, thank you for a pleasent stay, I'll be back.
Proximity to railway station.easy access to Room and storage space. Efficient staff. Clean, tidy and quiet.
Not having a fridge.
Location and price
Slow staff on reception each time we've stayed. Very loud, walls and ceilings are paper thin and floor boards squeak
I liked the location - close to the train station, yet minutes away from the city centre also. The room was plenty big enough for my daughter and myself - good sized bathroom too.
There was not anything to not like for the price - we had a standard room and were very happy with it.
Price, nosy, lack of facilities, Old building. Poor bar.
Great location, great size rooms, will use the Met again
Just the noise factor in the evening but wouldn't put me off staying again
one of the rooms had a smoky smell and the two rooms were on oppposite sides of the building not together
Staff were excellent as was the location for railway station, Leeds General Infirmary and shopping. Had to re-book at short notice and staff were very helpful. Would return again with no hesitation.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice
They had lost our reservation and had to insert us in. The lift was not working for the majority of our visit which meant my friend who has had a new hip could not walk up the steps. In the end they offered us the service lift once and other than that we were left to our own devices !!
cheap and nice
Very helpful staff and very quiet room.
I would like to open the windows at the top to get more air into the room.
Great central location Friendly staff Reasonable price
Cramped room Extremely hot Very early and extremely loud construction noises very close to hotel, not their fault but woke us up at 5.45 am!
Location- 2 mins walk from train station and all the shops, bars & restaurants.
Room was incredibly hot! The fan provided worked on a timer so turned itself off about every 15 minutes which was awkward as it meant broken sleep. The noise outside from 5am from building work behind the hotel meant we couldn't have the window open.
Staff helpful friendly and also like me fed up with the noise from some of the other guests at 2am that eve.
Location. Comfy bed. Staff friendly.
Found someone's hair extension under the table and beer bottle tops on the floor. Not the cleanest room! Very hot room in the summer with a very thick quilt on the bed. Due to central lication we couldn't leave the window open at night due to noise.
great customer service staff. good mattress
no air conditioning in the room and was way too hot. Even thought they did supplied fan but wasn't enough. for 4stars hotel its surprising there was no air conditioning.
Staff rude unhelpful. Didn't fulfil promises
Central to shops, station, uni's. Great that there was a secure car park.
£20 per day to leave car seemed a bit steep.
Nice hotel and location
