We had a problem with our booking, we booked three nights, they tried to book us in one night for £120, then do the two nights after the next day! Wasnt happy, they had no answer for why they were doing this, wasn't even sure if they weren't going to make us change rooms! Even when we went to pay, which they wanted first, they put it thru at £120! Just for one night! We insisted on paying for the other two as well, and he said after checking with someone the second two days would be £108, therefore making up the right amount as per our original booking thru you. It was very confusing! Then, they it took three goes of walking up and downstairs and the master key to get us into our room that first night! The second night the key opened the door on a red light, or it was already open! I stayed in the room while hubby went outside in the hall to check it, and it wouldnt open the door. Again. Next day we told them, and they changed the key card again, and reassured us it would work that night, and it did, the first green light we had seen. We also asked for a quiet room, which he told us it was. (we have had a quiet room there before) I dnt consider a room over the main entrance to the hotel as quiet. It wasn't too bad with the windows shut, but then we were quite hot as the heating was on.
Convenience, room was ok. And reasonably clean, but the bath was rather mouldy.
