Friendly staff and good food.As a woman travelling alone I felt comfortable eating in the restaurant, and generally within the hotel. .The rooms were of a good standard and had nice touches like the fruit and complimentary water.Overall.;a good choice. The room was a little on the cool side.

I was very disapointed with my stay. The radiator was cold, asked three times for the heating to be turned on but nothing was done. The parking facilities was terrible. the first night I arrived I was asked to park on the side of a street. The breakfast was poor.

nice cider very small room - no bedside table due to lack of space 3 members of staff turned their backs on us when we went to the bar on sat night after checking in long wait for breakfast on Sunday - insufficient staff working very small porions e.g. a grilled tomato was half a small tomato but didn't dare ask for us and risk another very long wait

Excellent breakfast! Staff friendly and efficient. Car parking available. Fruit in bedroom was a good idea + plenty of tea, coffee and water available. I think a lot of thought had gone into catering for guests. Tv remote control needs checking carefully before each new guest. But this was no problem for me.

The staff was the best thing about the Lemon Tree. They were young, helpful and friendly. They did go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The first room we were in was very small and had no storage. However we were moved to a larger room that was a little noisier ad it faced the street, but there was more space to move around

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good Italian restaurant at The Lemon Tree. Breakfast very good too. Short walk to the main shopping area. Parking limited but safe area for your car. Rooms very small but bed very comfortable. Street noise with a few young people having had a few too many drinks in the city and walking home did wake us up during the early morning.

Good restaurant and very friendly staff. WiFi working OK. Decent value for money. Car park spots small and limited - perhaps hotel should opt for still free parking but with reservations. Obviously, with hotel being also a restaurant, hotel guests may find themselves without spaces. The room I stayed in was tiny - with hardly any space for suitcase.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Told on arrival that there was a deduction for single occupancy which had not been quoted -staff very honest as I expected to pay the full charge. Quiet relaxing - good standard - will be hotel of choice in Wrexham

A friendly hotel, with fresh fruit in the room and an excellent hot and fresh cooked breakfast. It is in a Victorian building, but has recently been refurbished with modern, tasteful, interior. The restaurant offers interesting, reasonably priced Italian dishes in a series of rooms which give an intimate feel. It is a short walk from the station and town centre. Free wi-fi and the single room was roomier than average. It isn't double glazed or air conditioned - there is some road noise with the window open. There wasn't a towel rail - most unusual! The site is very compact and outside facilities are limited to a small patio adjacent to the car park.

Really friendly helpful staff throughout. I was greeted by name before I checked in and announced myself! Room was well equipped and I just loved the bedside lamp which didn't have a switch but just worked when your place your hand beside it!

Friendly & courteous staff. Nice, clean room, with fruit, water, tea & coffee supplied. Food is good, at reasonable prices. Again, reataurant staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is on a main road, and if you happen to stay in one of the rooms adjacent to the kitchen, waste bins, etc., you need to be a heavy sleeper. Noise from deliveries, waste collection, and general traffic can mean an early wake up call.

very comfortable, with courteous and friendly staff. Very good breakfast choice and quality of food. Again waiting staff were were courteous, friendly, and efficient (important when on business). I stayed in room 8, which is not for light sleepers like myself. From 5.30a.m. on, deliveries, bin men etc., meant that I did not sleep after that.

We were attending a wedding at Wrexham Registry office so chose the Lemon Tree because of location. The young man on reception allowed us to use our room at 11.30 am instead of 3.00 pm -most helpful. Room beautifully furnished and liked the touch of fruit bowl and bottled water etc in room. Breakfast excellent.

The staff - every one of them was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. And they were all of these things without really trying - they were all naturals. The carpets leading to the rooms were 'tired' and the corridor leading to the rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint. The room itself was good though - and the bar and restaurant were like new.
