“The staff - every one of them was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. And they were all of these things without really trying - they were all naturals.”

Heating in my room was not working. It was evening time when I reported it and the staff pull out all the stops to get it sorted. Everything was resolved within an hour and the room was lovely and cosy. Restaurant was lovely and the food first class. Well worth a visit. All staff were very nice and helpful.

Good location, in close proximity to train and bus station. Small friendly hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and a very good breakfast. Can be a little noisy on fri-sun due to downstairs restaurant being very busy.

A lovely hotel with a nice family feel to the hotel. The food is very good, the hotel is very clean. The little extras such as a bowl of fruit in the room is a nice touch, also hot chocolate as well as the usual tea and coffee provided. The only grumble was no handset for the TV although a replacement was promptly found, it took me a while to get the TV up and running.

We stayed in Wrexham as an alternative to locations in the mountains which would not rent to us for only a single night. The hotel is a converted church. The restaurant reminds me of Maeve Binchy's Quentins with the attentive landlady hovering over every detail to care for her clients who gossip and work out their lives over drinks and dinner. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was really great, you can take British breakfast ready made and served in the table, or buffet. There is a long wire to have internet connection at any point of the room. The rooms and the bathroom are very small. There is not place to put the suitcase, and the cupboard is very small. There is only a very small table with coffe and tea. There is only shower. The room is not very confortable. It is too expensive for the service you get.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly, like everyone else from Wales. The room was wail presented and the fruit basket was well stocked. A nice experience overall. The bed itself was not very comfortable. I actually rolled down the bed at night, which was sort of funny but a negative point in the otherwise excellent stay.

There was a family feel to the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to have had a leaflet on the history of the hotel as it is an interesting building and I am sure they could make more of it's past.

The food was good and the staff were excellent, friendly and willing to help.My TV was not working properly and apparantely this is a reoccuring problem, it was resolved. The room was not very clean, stains from cups on bedside table, dust I wrote my name in on wardrobe shelf and the bathroom extractor fan was a health risk and obviously had not been cleaned for a very long time with thick black greasy dust hanging off of it.The hole straight through the wall caused a cold wind to enter the room and it was cold during the night.
