Lennox Lea Hotel  

Very convenient location (near to where my family live) staff very friendly.

Room a bit dated but very clean.

Very friendly hotel staff, very clean and the best breakfast I have eaten at any hotel, I have stayed there before and would certianly stay again and reccommend the hotel to other people, close to the metro link and Sale centre.

the only downside to the hotel is they do not have any beer on draught only bottles.

it was a lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. it was a couple of minutes walk to the tram and had great pubs and bars within minutes walking distance.

The service was excellent and the room/bathroom was clean. Breakfast was also excellent. Great location, easy for the Metro into Manchester or Altrincham. Good tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the bistro is better than expected.

Room was cold at night and they could have better toilettries in the room.

Was convenient and clean

Budget room was very "cosy". With hindsight would prefer to pay more and get a bigger room

We stayed over Sunday/Monday and were not aware (may have been told by night staff but cannot remember) that breakfast finished at 9 on weekdays - which for us was too early as we had a rare chance to lie in!. The information was apparently in the info pack in the room but as we were only sleeping over one night we didn't have time to study it. They did sort us out a nice breakfast in good spirit - but we couldn't expect them to do that every time we stay, so we might not stay there again for that reason only. Otherwise we would have no hesitation in booking the Lennox Lea every time we are in Manchester.

Located fairly conveniently for sale town centre. Resolution of problem with room after a bit of a shaky start

Our particular room as an executive room was very dated. Bed linen and curtains were worn and the carpet, although clean at surface level, looked quite dirty (obviously well trafficked over the years). Front line staff-not very helpful. Manager agreed to offer reduction as no other rooms were available. We agreed to this and on the whole, enjoyed our stay.

The location is good, close to lots of restaurants, and the metro into Manchester town centre.

The room was small and in need of refurbishment.

Staff were friendlt. Children visiting us during our stay were welcomed.Breakfast was very good. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk in room.

Unfortunately hotel staff rang us a couple of weeks before our stay to change our booking slightly as far as the double room was concerned. We had made our booking several weeks in advance. However we were offered full breakfast to compensate.My elderly father's room (single room) was right on the top floor which he found difficult - if we had been staying longer I would have asked if there was an alternative room available for him.

I found it friendly. The room we stayed in was No 10 and was quite spacious with modern facilities.The breakfast on the Sunday morning was excellent.

We mentioned to the receptiion lady that new pillows were required and am sure they would have supplied us with replacements had we asked at the time.The staircase leading up to room 10 badly needs some lighting as it is quite dark and somewhat steep and could be a hazzard to safety. The reception lady thanked us for pointing these out to her and promised to rectify them.

Lovely hotel, would recommend the full english breakfast, fabulous! staff friendly & helpful, rooms & ensuite comfortable & clean, would definately stay again :-)

The friendliness and service from all the staff !!!!! Could not fault that or the room I stayed in which was also excellent. Also the location for getting into the center of Manchester is brilliant-only a 5 minute walk from the metro station.

Love everything about this hotel and will always stay in it when in Manchester
