the location is very good, it just opposite the beach. and it is quiet and clean. it is ok to stay there but the price is a little bit high.

Good location to explore ie Rhossili bay and Oxwich bay which are beautiful. Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Free street parking at weekend 2 mins walk away. Excellent value for money. Lovely view from room overlooking the bay with a nice table and chairs to sit at watching the world go by. Tip: Ask for top floor bay view room. We were on the 1st floor and the guests above were very noisy all night whuch obviously isn't the fault of the owners but very inconsiderate people. However the rooms have laminate flooring so that does not help noise levels. Also a mirror would be useful above the shelf as the only mirror was above the bed so i had to do a balancing act to do my hair and make up.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok. Easy reach of swansea city centre. Bedroom was a little cramped. The guest house could do with a facelift at the front on the outside and there was no parking at the hotel. If you parked on the side streets you were limited to how long you could stay there.

Clean,comfortable and I had a sea view which was relaxing to watch, especialy in the morning when the sun rose.Even though it was beside a busy road the double glazing kept out the noise.

The room was clean and tidy, also I was late checking in. I emailed ahead to say I would be late got a reply within 20 minutes telling me not to worry about the time I arrived. When I did arrive I was greater with a smile and no need to worry about being late.

We have a beach facing room and the view of the Mumbles was great even in winter. Lovely full cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Parking is difficult as it is directly on the sea front and a very busy main road

We had a great stay at Leonardo's - we were staying as part of a 7 week overseas trip and had 3 nights here. Leonardo himself was very friendly and accommodating and the location was ideal for what we were wanting to do on our weekend (we did have a car so it was easy to get around). Great views of the waterfront! Be aware that Leonardo's is situated on a main road. It does get busy at peak times and is quite noisy! If you are after peace and quiet then this accommodation may not be for you.

Warm friendly staff who took the time to ensure that everything was ok. I arrived very late and this was no problem. The full english breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen and plenty of it. The place was spotless everywhere, bathroom was modern and spacious, ample tea/coffee in room, large tv, beautiful view over the beach, comfy bed, car noise did not bother me and the window can shut out most of that anyway. Wireless access was free and good - lifesaver for my business. The stay was top class in every department. I chose Leonardos because of the low price when browsing, but I would have paid more for what I received. Car parking for me was ok as well. No jacuzzie in my room .... only joking!

Lovely clean room with everything that I needed. Friendly owners and lovely home cooked breakfast. The b&b is right on a busy road, so you have to get used to the noise but opposite the most gorgeous beach! Can`t have it all I suppose.
