Clean, comfortable and I had a sea view which was relaxing to watch, especialy in the morning when the sun rose.Even though it was beside a busy road the double glazing kept out the noise.

The room was clean and tidy, also I was late checking in. I emailed ahead to say I would be late got a reply within 20 minutes telling me not to worry about the time I arrived. When I did arrive I was greater with a smile and no need to worry about being late.

Is good for money for What it is! Is close enough to the city centre. Breakfast was nice and served at a sensible time. It is very close to a main road and thank goodness that they have double glazing as that reduces the noise. Bed very uncomfortable and not a good night sleep. You get what you pay for

We have a beach facing room and the view of the Mumbles was great even in winter. Lovely full cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Parking is difficult as it is directly on the sea front and a very busy main road

It was warm and clean It;s very near the main road so if you're a light sleeper, you may find it difficult to sleep at nights. Although the booking sight gives you the option of breakfast at six pounds, at the guesthouse there are a choice of three breakfasts: light bite, continental or full english. The six pounds is what you pay for a full english so I would suggest booking breakfast online gives you no choice to the kind of breakfast you want!

Leonardo and his wife are wonderful hosts. The hotel is directly at the beach. We had our first proper breakfast in this hotel. The room was small and cute.

We had a great stay at Leonardo's - we were staying as part of a 7 week overseas trip and had 3 nights here. Leonardo himself was very friendly and accommodating and the location was ideal for what we were wanting to do on our weekend (we did have a car so it was easy to get around). Great views of the waterfront! Be aware that Leonardo's is situated on a main road. It does get busy at peak times and is quite noisy! If you are after peace and quiet then this accommodation may not be for you.

Warm friendly staff who took the time to ensure that everything was ok. I arrived very late and this was no problem. The full english breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen and plenty of it. The place was spotless everywhere, bathroom was modern and spacious, ample tea/coffee in room, large tv, beautiful view over the beach, comfy bed, car noise did not bother me and the window can shut out most of that anyway. Wireless access was free and good - lifesaver for my business. The stay was top class in every department. I chose Leonardos because of the low price when browsing, but I would have paid more for what I received. Car parking for me was ok as well. No jacuzzie in my room .... only joking!

The location was excellent--very close to the waterfront. The hosts were not particularly warm or welcoming. Both mornings when I was there, I had to rouse someone to provide my breakfast tea and toast. The shared bathroom was tiny, but I was told I could use the larger one on the next level down.

One of the cheaper hotels for weekend stays in Swansea. Convenient location, friendly staff, lovely bathroom and a quiet hotel for a relaxing weekend. Own key for front door so no cut off times to return- a very nice stay Basic breakfast included in price might have been a nice option

Good location, view on the seaside and 10 minutes away from city centre. Very clean, definitely worth it for its price. There is no one at reception, so you have to ring the bell to speak with them. But it is not a big deal!
