Quiet friendly warm cosy

It was lovely, our room had a beautiful view of the beach and sea. I would definitely recommend this guest house.

Friendly and helpful staff, all amenities provided. Room was perfect, very nice view. Overall a wonderful time and experience will be visiting again.

Cleanliness in rooms, with full tea/coffee making facilities.Clean towels and most important ....modern and clean Shower/toilets. Freindly and excellent arrival/ departure service.

Partition walls are standard without any additional sound proofing.....so noise from other rooms was a problem on the first (Saterday) night! Also the windows are double glazed but unfortunately road noise was loud as window seal was broken ...but am sure this is now rectified.

I found my stay at Leonard very good the host was very friendly and the room was just what I needed and would recommend my friends and family to stay there.

Homely little hotel within easy walking distance to Swansea City Centre.

leonardo was a perfect host, kind friendly and recommended some superb local attractions. the guest house was clean and tidy and the room was comfortable with a very clean shower room.

there was nothing about the guest house that we didnt like, hwever location wise if you are looking for peace and quiet this would not be ideal, however the mai road quietens down and our room was actually to the rear and peaceful but lacked views however everyting else was great.

Very comfortable guesthouse with excellent location near the beach. The are is wonderful for hiking and biking routes from the doorsteps. There is a bike rental shop nearby (few blocks from the guesthouse) called the Bikehub with excellent service. We really enjoyed our extended weekend in Swansea especially as the weather was excellent.

a lovely hotel, i requested a sea-view and what we got was lovely,we got a lovely welcome. We took our little dog and we were okay to leave him in the room when we went out which was really good. The breakfast was lovely and you had a good choice. We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Leonardo takes care about his guest so well, he is very attentive and courteous! The room I had was definetly worth the money and the loccasion is brilliant, perfect for a long evening walk at the beach before night time!

the location is very good, it just opposite the beach. and it is quiet and clean. it is ok to stay there but the price is a little bit high.

10min walk from city centre, quite and quaint guest house, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, good value for money.

Good location to explore ie Rhossili bay and Oxwich bay which are beautiful. Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Free street parking at weekend 2 mins walk away. Excellent value for money. Lovely view from room overlooking the bay with a nice table and chairs to sit at watching the world go by. Tip: Ask for top floor bay view room.

We were on the 1st floor and the guests above were very noisy all night whuch obviously isn't the fault of the owners but very inconsiderate people. However the rooms have laminate flooring so that does not help noise levels. Also a mirror would be useful above the shelf as the only mirror was above the bed so i had to do a balancing act to do my hair and make up.

Very good value, a clean and comfortable room. Convenient parking and ideal for visiting Swansea and the Gower peninsular

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok. Easy reach of swansea city centre.

Bedroom was a little cramped. The guest house could do with a facelift at the front on the outside and there was no parking at the hotel. If you parked on the side streets you were limited to how long you could stay there.

Was wir erwartet hatten für den Preis, war genau das was wir bekamen. Ich hab hier nichts zu meckern.

Joli, confortable, bon petit-déjeuner et la propriétaire a même accepté une arrivée avancée. Il y a des arrêts de bus à proximité.

La plage est juste en face mais c'est dommage qu'il y ait une route très fréquentée entre la route et le Guesthouse.

Le personnel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner. La vue depuis la chambre. Le calme.
