great location right on the sea front. not far to walk into town centre about 10-15 mins. good breakfast, well cooked.the owners were very hospitable. nice clean room. nice large shower cubicle. guests lounge with comfy sofas. would we stay there again? Yes.
we didn't have a room with a sea view and although the room was clean and nicely furnished it was a bit small. not much room between the bottom of the bed and the set of drawers
Nice & clean for a great price. Good place to stay for a couple of nights.
No parking during the daytime.
Bathroom was very good
The location was good and lucky for us within easy walking distance to the shops etc.
Didn't get the room we expected. On our booking it stated that the room was quiet and at the back. The room we had was four flights of stairs up and at the front, so there was traffic noise. In the morning we were told that we were too late for breakfast at 8.35 am as it finished at 8.30am. The lady who ran the guest house said that we should have read the notice in the room, but there was nothing in our room to tell us what time breakfast finished. She did not like us complaining, blamed us for everything and did not even offer us a cup of tea. We had to walk to Tesco's for a breakfast!! I would not recommend Leonardos and will not stay there again.
Leonardos was near the city centre and easy location to find with a great view of the breach.
Was put on the fourth floor, with very lower ceiling, being 6ft kept hitting my head on the wooden beams. If stayed again ask for a room with more head room.

Newly decorated in pleasing colours. Good location. Quite clean. Reasonable cost.
Unfortunately there was a plumbing problem resulting in an unpleasant odour. We did not report this until we left as it took a while to acertain the source of the problem. I think it was a problem that wouod be looked into soon.
Nice view and good place to live, value for money, clean and comfortable.
A little bit noisy outside because close to the road

Toilet and shower facilities were broken on the floor we were on and had to walk down 2 floors to get the basics of necessity. Advertised as bed and breakfast but when arrived at the b&b had to pay additional for breakfast which was served next door.
It was great here for bus, town, wedding, bars, fantastic walk ,shops, great location. We had a great time.
as above and dingy with extreme parking problems
The location is good for seeing other parts to Swansea. The view from my room was great and the lapping of the waves on the beach soothing for a good night's rest. The hotel was clean. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends.
The bathroom on another level to my room. It would have been better to have it on the same level as the room.
The price and location
FIRST CLASS SERVICE..BREAKFAST TOP CLASS WILL RETURN SOON..
Friendly owners and good advice for sight seeing. Clean and cosy room.
The bathroom adjoining was too cramped. Would have liked ensuite though we did know what we were getting. Used downstairs bathroom which was fine. The bed springs squeaked too much in one of the beds and the rooms were sound proof until you got out of the room and then it was hard not to be woken . But still a nice place !
my wife and myself were in the attic (room 9) access to which was awkward, the "mind your head" signs did not help at all. my wife 5'2" still had to duck, myself 6'2" banged my head repeatedly climbing the stairs and exiting the toilet onto the landing. the upstairs shower/toilet was scary. I am glad I used the toilet first as when I flushed it I found to my horror that water ? found its way into the shower tray via the plug hole. I was not happy either with being told on arrival that breakfast would be served next door at an extra cost of £7/head. I don't mind paying a bit extra for breakfast but I object to having it sprung on me when I arrive. I was expecting a bed and breakfast the clue being in the title. to sum up we will not be staying at leonardos again
Shame about the loud traffic noise.
