The staff were very friendly and helpful; the pool was excellent. The lounge areas and bar were attractive, Our bedroom looked a little 'tired'; wallpaper dated, lighting very basic. |

We liked the fact that it was a B&B, not full board. This enabled us to go out every night and enjoy some of the other restaurants that Guernsey has to offer. |

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies on reception who took the trouble, on finding that our flight was late afternoon and that we were going to spend the time in the town, to arrange for our luggage to be taken to a sister hotel to save us having to walk back to Les Rocquettes. Only that we weren't able to stay longer. |

The bar was great and the bar meals excellent. The room was comfortable if a bit noisy from the deliveries at 6am. Great standard of cleanliness. Health spa was very good.Buffet breakfast couldn't be bettered.Staff extremely efficient and also friendly. The fixtures and fittings were very tired and worn. The place looked like it was locked in a 1980s time warp. The outside garden spaces were very sad and neglected. |

The Hotel staff were very helpful as it was my first visit to Guernsey and as I was there on business and on my own the meals delivered by room service were very prompt and very good quality. |

The staff were VERY good. Helpful, polite, unobtrusive, courteous. The food from the bar was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately the food in the resaturant was not quite of the same standard but when we mentioned this, the staff went out of their way to put things right. The chef even came out to apologise personally the bed linen was a little worn, the balcony door didn't work properly and the bathroom fittings looked a little old but these were very minor points |

I liked the staff. The balcony overlooking the garden; the room was spacious and I could sit at the desk to work without being jammed up against the bed.I appreciated the free wifi which was the reason I chose this hotel. There's no reason to be charged for this service. No information about room service which I then assumed wasn't available. They opened the balcony door during the day and left it open. Even thought I was on the first floor I thought this irresponsible |

The room was a decent size. Breakfast was excellent. The Internet connection was very poor. I put this down to staying on the top floor. I booked the hotel specifically because I needed access to the Internet so this was a big disappointment. |
