This is a great place to stay. Staff are all lovely. They are well organised, attentive and responsive. It is a walk from town, but after the first steep section it is not as bad as previous reviewers have written. Restaurant serves good quality food. I would recommend this hotel. All of the locals seem to rate it highly as well, so it does seem to have quite ab reputation.

Size of rooms, friendly staff, location was a short walk into town. Although a bus service is provided by the hotel. Some of the food was a little over priced I asked for garlic bread with cheese which was 4.95 (I think) what I got was two large slices of bread with melted cheese which I think was down in the microwave as the bread was certainly not toasted.

Excellent location for sightseeing, both the whole island and the main town. High quality and friendliness of staff. High quality dining. We were given vip treatment because we were returning to our honeymoon hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Good quality and well appointed room. Nothing in particular. Previous review comments about dangerous access from front car park onto road are exaggerated. We had no problems. Difficult to regulate temperature in room at night. Only form of ventilation was leaving the balcony door open, which we were assured was perfectly safe to do day and night.

This hotel was an excellent experience, it was real value for money. In fact it's facilities, service, costumer care was nothing sort of excellent and far above the expectation of 3 stars.. We had a brilliant time. Thank you.

We were given a room on 5th floor - was definitely not a premium room - window opened directely above back of kitchen so we got all the cooking odours as well as staff smoking - we had to open the window because the hotel does not have air conditioning. The staff were brilliant when I complained - I was given a fan and we were given a room on 4th floor when one became available - it had a balcony and was quite spacious. Swimming pool was lovely Ask for a room on 4th floor

The staff are friendly, the service is good. There is an excellent indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The restaurant is good but they have the same menu for a week, so if you are staying half-board variety can be a bit lacking.

Excellent location just out of town 15 min walk. Friendly Staff. Good breakfast and restaurant meals. Comfortable rooms Hotel has a function room which is at times used for noisy events going on up to midnight. An early night is then not possible. We had two in a four night stay

Great breakfasts nice view from balcony of their gardens attack of hotel largely eastern European staff team were abundant and friendly The bar was a bit raucous and rowdy with locals, more used like a local pub than a hotel bar. But this is easily avoided!

The Sunday lunch was excellent. In fact i was extremely pleased with all aspects of my stay. This trip was for business but I would certainly stay for a personal break and recommend to friends. It was quite a long walk from the town, especially up hill!
