This comfy, refurbished Victorian guesthouse is 5 minutes from the center of town. The racecourse, seafront and Ayr River Walk are within walking distance. Leslie Anne Guest House is a 5-mile drive from Prestwick Airport and less than 5 minutes from Ayr Train Station. The station has a 10-minute direct connection to the Airport and a 50-minute service to Glasgow. All rooms have private bathrooms and have free Wi-Fi access. First-floor rooms are available, and there is private parking in front of the guesthouse. Full cooked Scottish breakfast or continental breakfast is offered. It was very central for the town and for travelling to surrounding areas of interest The owners were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for a meal or snack. There was always an abundance of hot water for bath or shower. Beds were extremely comfortable and there were extra covers and pillows if needed. It did not have a residents lounge but that was a minor detail and if the weather had been better it would not have mattered.

Leslie Anne Guest house is situated near all amenities/beach.Jennifer was a great host and breakfast was amazing.You had your own key and nothing was a bother.Would definately recommend and i will be returning.

The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As soon as they knew we needed a taxi, they offered to book it for us. We needed to leave early, so they offered to have our breakfasts ready earlier than normal time. The hotel was immaculately clean. The only criticism I would have, is the back of the house could do with tidying up a little bit. If you are in the back ground floor room, you can see that the back could do with painting and tidying a bit. Not that this would put us off using it again.

Très belle chambre d'hôtes avec chambre propre, moquette épaisse, belle pièce pour le petit déjeuner. Accueil châlereux et familial sans être étouffant. Bon petit déjeuner complet avec céréales, fruits variés , yaourts, thé , café, toasts, petit déjeuner écossais sur demande. Placement idéal pour visiter la ville de AYR.Pa sd'eau chaude au lavabo, douche moyenne, chauffage excellent.

Grazioso bed and breakfast, camere pulite e silenziose, colazione buona e personale disponibile. La posizione quasi in centro e immediatamente raggiungibile per chi arriva da fuori con l'auto sono aspetti che lo rendono molto interessante.
