The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and relaxing. The staff were miserable and made you feel like you being unreasonable expecting them to do there job. |

The hotel was clean and our room was very quiet, we had an access door to the car park on the ground floor so didn't have to walk through reception every time just to get to the car. I would definitely stay again if in the area. Very good value The radiator came on during the night and was noisy until I turned it off so not sure how it might be in Winter if it was needed |

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Food was very good, and the town of Letchworth is beautiful with easy access by train to London (there is a great little wine & tapas bar just by the station.) |

Food, service of staff and leisure facilities The hotel is very tired and in need of updating. £79 for a room is expensive for a shabby 3* hotel. |

The grounds, atmosphere & restaurant Checking out - error in a/c & that of guest in front of us in queue. The guest in front was billed for one night in error for two. We were billed for two breakfasts instead of four. (Both errors were rectified when pointed out to staff.) |

Conveniently located for visiting Stevenage, Letchworth, Luton and Henlow, this family-managed hotel and restaurant has easy access to the A1 (junction 8) and the M1 (junction 10). |
Set in 19 acres of beautiful tranquil parkland, yet only one minutes’ walk from Hitchin town square, this attractive hotel was originally a Carmelite monastery built in 1317. |
Close to Luton Airport and town centre, the hotel is just off junction 10 of the M1 and is 5 minutes' walk from Luton Airport Parkway railway station. |
Primarily built of local flint, a major refurbishment by new management at the Coach House means that old world charm and a warm welcome are now complemented by modern facilities. |
