Just across the road from Weymouth’s golden sandy beach and only a short walk along the esplanade from the center of town, the guest house offers comfortable accommodations and free parking. Situated right on the esplanade, Letchworth Guest House is just a short, pleasant walk from the heart of Weymouth and all it has to offer, including its restaurants, cinema, theater, Condor ferry terminal and the picturesque harbor. The Letchworth is also within walking distance of the Sea Life Centre, Lodmoor Country Park and Radipole Lake Bird Sanctuary. Weymouth and Portland are at the heart of the Jurassic Coast and are home to the 2012 Olympics sailing events. This Georgian, Grade II heritage-listed building houses charming, comfortable accommodations. Most rooms have private bathrooms, and some have sea views. All are extremely well furnished and decorated to a high standard. Free private car parking is available for every guest. The guest house was very comfortable and well equipped, the hosts went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were wonderful, and in a city short of parking it was good to have on-site parking available.

Friendly attentive staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed/room and excellent breakfasts. A little bit of a walk to the town but there is an excellent bus service, and it is still convieniant for the beach.

Pam and Geoff were very friendly and welcoming from the start. The room was very clean, with power shower, flat screen tv, tea and coffee, towels and toiletries. The breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely fantastic!

The hospitality,the food and the standard of the rooms were excellent.Also the location being a stones throw from the beach and only a 5min walk to the town centre made for a lovely break.Will definately recommend this facility to others.

The owners of the guest house were very friendly and extremely welcoming from the very beginning of our stay. The rooms were very clean,tidy and comfortable.The full English breakfast was excellent in the mornings and also great to able to get a parking place right outside the front of the guest house.Definately excellent value for money would recommend anyone to book there if holidaying in Weymouth. We will be definately be staying there again. Mr &Mrs Woodbridge. from Bristol.10/10.

An extremely comfortable guest house with very well equipped rooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the full English breakfast was excellent. I would certainly recommend Letchworth House to anyone going to Weymouth. We really enjoyed our stay there. Nothing - everything was good.

A nice clean and comfortable b&b with very friendly and helpful owner. Would recommend for a one night business stop over or a longer get away good value for money Also has off street parking which is good especially due to location

Letchworth Guest House was very comfortable with lots of extras provided in the room that you would not always get at 5 star hotels. eg. not only tea & coffee but hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. In the bathroom not only was there plenty of hot water, but also a box of tissues and cotton buds along with shampoo, conditioner and shower gell. The proprieter was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Congratulations to them.

Lovely breakfast and enjoyed our stay the owners were very nice. The wall heater did not work, it was a good job is was mild for November, if it had been really cold I would have been upset but thank goodness it was not problem.

The Letchworth is the best guest house I have stayed in. My wife and I found the bedroom very comfortable and clean, with all the facilities we needed, and a wonderful view of the sea. The people who run the guest house, Geoff and Pam, were very friendly and really made our stay a special one. When I next go to Weymouth on holiday, I will definatley choose the Letchworth.

Stayed at the Letchworth for 1 night during November due to work commitments. The room was clean and the breakfast superb with the choice of a full English, cereals and fresh fruit salad. The owners were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Geoff and his wife worked really hard to make our stay a really good time,an ample breakfast started the day well the room was spotless clean and tidy and of a good size for us. The bonus of having a car park was great as well as weymouth can be difficult to park at busy times of the year,we hope to return again sometime next year.
