Comfortable,safe,good location

Some noise in the midlle of the night

I liked the simple yet effective layout of the apartment including the furnishing and equipment provided. The staff were helpful when checking in and out of the apartment.

During my two nights at Lever Court, I handed my key into the reception desk every time I left the building. However, only once was I asked for my name when picking up the key. I worry that anyone could pick up the key and the people on the front desk should be more security minded and ask questions before handing out the keys.

I booked twin beds for myself and my daughter and they gave us a two bed apartment which was very nice. It was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. It was nice to have a kitchen if you wanted to make a cup of tea. It was great value for money.

The location is very central. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas close by. The staff are overall friendly.

The room is a bit small, especially the living area. The staff are generally helpful, but lack of capacity to help sometimes. The lights were broken twice in the bathroom, but after reporting to the reception, it has been fixed after a couple of days. During the weekend, the noise in the communal area was very disturbing, several times in the early morning, namely 12am, 3am, 5am, and you could clearly hear it from the bedroom.

Location - near everything we needed: The shops, Albert Dock, China town. Price - for a family of 5, this was by far the best deal we found. Comfortable - Apartment with the comfort of an hotel.

I really love this apartamen, staff on reception was very helpful, all apartament was nice clean and location was perfect.

shower needed a better curtain/screen. double room needed a bedside table and lamp. annoying having to get into bed before the light goes out (i'm not Muhammad Ali) our room wasn't serviced

There were quite a few maintenance issues and the security at nights were very rude and suggestive

£250 deposit seemed a bit steep! ... The whole apartment was only £90 for the night

Close to city centre and in walking distance of city sights. Traveled with 2 friends and we all enjoyed our visit. The apartment was well equipped for our needs.

It was close to the shops and bars etc. Ok just for 1 night stay.

we arrived before 2.30 check in and had to pay to store our cases but lockers were broken, beds and sofa bed uncomfatable, no plug but kitchen sink or bath. Floor in livining room very dirty.

Location was perfect, very friendly staff and entire apartment block was clean and modern.

Very good location, really close to Albert Dock. Also couple of nice pubs situated on the same street. Rooms (we took 2) were warm, comfortable and well-equiped.

We stayed for 1 night only and with price of GBP 55 for room, we had to give more GBP 250 on reception as deposit. Too big amount, at my opinion.

Tired apartment, blood stains in bedroom, cigarette burns all over, GLASS IN BED! Poor view

Central Liverpool Location was the catch really. As my family lives in London. We all loved it n it was value for money & the kids loved it too.we would definately book an apartment again next time we r in liverpool. We loved it,

Noisy drunken residents woke my family up on early hours of Saturday I think they were having a party.

All ameneties in kitchen warm as it was cold outside very comfortable and clean lots of room and bath aswell as shower .if staying for few days it a little home from home . No problem for the staff to bring us an iron and hairdryer to the room very curteous .

Location

Great location in the heart of the city, close to shops, bars, restaurants, galleries, etc, etc. Also very good kitchen facilities if you choose to stay in for certain meals.

Sparse in-room entertainment - could have done with a stereo with an iPod dock.
