Totally love the location. The staff are friendly too.
This was our 4th time staying, very friendly/helpful staff, very clean, quiet and perfect location. Would definitely recommend it to ppl of any age.
Nothing i can say bad about this place. The 4 times we have stayed have been perfect.
Just about everything
Location was good
Location was very good, rooms were roomy.
Parking was unclear and very tight, the imitation leather on the couches were flaking off everywhere, the shower in the bath had a very high side and climb to get in and out too high for old folk. There was a previous client smoking in the lounge before we arrived. The noise in the mornings from the builders from the adjacent building site was loud.
Nice and close to Tate Modern and Liverpool 1. Bed was comfy. View of the Anglican cathedral from the window.
Kitchen was basically equipped not enough to fill the dishwasher really. No chopping board. Friday night there was load music thumping away until the early hours, quiet on Saturday. Courtyard space was rather sad. Car park was exceedingly tight a nightmare to park in.
Really close to pubs/clubs and shops and very spacious and modern
Staff needed to smile and had to wait well iver an hour to check in as room wasn't ready
Perfect apartment for a weekend away, located on a busy street of plenty of pubs and restaurants, 5 minute walk to Liverpool One shopping, underground parking, secure and easy access from lifts to car to room etc. Fully functional kitchen, with everything you need - bar egg cups!
Furniture was warn in the living area, and the door handles were very loose. Noisy neighbours on the Saturday night, but once they departed at about 11, didn't hear them come back! No sky available on TV
The set out of the appartments
That you couldn't really notice which building was stay city. Needs a bigger sign outside
Great for a shopping weekend. Right next to liverpool one
Pictures are kind of false advertising. You think you're getting a really modern apartment when its basic
Location was excellent.
Quality of fittings and furniture was poor and worn.
Could not receive the wifi shocking total
Was a great stay at stay city appartments, appartment beautiful, very clean and excellent condition! Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Great bunch of people and very helpful!
The whole apartment, the lovely kitchen and the most comfortable pillows ever, slept like a log all night.
Not very easy to find, and a very small entrance with the small sign above. Could make it a bit bigger maybe or a sign somewhere to point the way there.
Very good situated for people who love to go out or shopping. Its a great appartement for four people.
the kitchen and floors were't cleaned. And the bedsofa was very dirty.
The apartment is a bit too small for 5 people
Balcony. Good size and central location.
Long walk to the apartment from reception. Car park was impossible to find and was stumbled upon by chance. Not much surface space in the bathroom, no dressing table in the bedroom as an alternative. Basic decor, dishwasher was full when we arrived so had to unload it to use utensils. TV didn't work properly, often could only get sound. Apartment block very noisy, obviously used for students as a crash pad on a night out. (We stayed on a Thursday). Bed was actually two singles pushed together which meant an uncomfortable gap. Bed was hard and had the worst nights sleep in long time. Getting ready to check out at 10.45 (check out at 11) and the maid walks in! Would not stay here again if you paid me.
staff, location, wifi
Apartment set up and independence to cook. Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Staycity london had better equipped kitchen. Also bathroom was cold with radiator and flat in general quite cold.
The location is great for liverpool one
They apartments are looking shabby, the sofa was practically threadbare. Scuffs on walls, lipstick on walls (!) Floors looking old and dirty. Found ash on the floor of living room. We've stayed here many times in the past. Unfortunately the price no longer reflects the condition of the apartments. You can stay in a hotel for the same price
service was excellent staff were great especially Kieran the manager
The apartment was clean, WiFi was free.
Parking behind the place was hard to find and was almost flooded
I liked the location
The bathroom was really por, When you put the bath plug in, you could not take it back out.(had to call reception) Tere was poor facilities in the kitchen for cooking. Also we had requested A DVD player, staff said it would not be a problem, but we did not get the DVD player till Midday of our last day of stay!! I had to ring rcpetion a few times asking them what is happening and they could not give me a positive answer on when we can have a DVD player. Also the worst thing was there was no toilet paper, we had to got to reception to get some. Overall the stay was poor.
