Staff are brilliant. Breakfast is superb. Ease of access to public transport. Very clean. Parking is ok but you must leave your car keys. Kids room was bunkbed but bottom one was double so ok. Overall. Cheap and chearfull.
The family room is small but very clean. Bunkbeds for 3 year olds is not expected so we made a den so our twins could sleep. Room felt tired and dated. Constant light on just outside of our room and a clear panel above the door made it really bright so difficult to sleep.
Great location for family's if wanted to be out of the hussel and bussel tram over the road 5mins to get to tower excellent staff and food recommend to everyone will book again
Quite location, no rowdiness, nice breakfast. Pool table.
Too far out of Blackpool Centre, need tram or car to get to centre. Poor heating in rooms, poor wardrobes, view of a brick wall and view of thrown out beds in yard area, mould on bedroom window.
Breakfast bowl was chipped, wifi didn't work in room and just felt very dated in places. Breakfast was served from 9am and they still managed to be running behind.
Wifi breakfast bed room quality location
The staff were very friendly and the bedding was imaculate
The room was a little tired, the wallpaper was coming off
Beds were very comfortable The staff were very kind to us in every aspect of our stay
For those who are vegetarian - there wasn't a variety of options for breakfast
Poor lift, dingy reception area, horrid parking, generally rundown appearance
The persons wenre so abruted to there guests and the welcome was terable I would not tell any one to stay there
There wasn't anything to dislike.
The staff were friendly.
We arrived at 3pm to check in as instructed to check in anytime from 2pm but our room still was only just being done so had to wait around for 30mins with 2 young children.the room was absolutely disgusting and so old ive never seen anything like it.it was not what was shown on the pictures at all.the bathroom was dirty, had dead flies in the ceiling tiles, the shower was cold as the hot water only seemed to stay on for 10mins at the most, the bed made so much noise when got in or just sat on,the kettle was in the adjoining kids room(dangerous),exposed wires everywhere, noisey, cold breakfast, cold coffee, dirty highchairs,no entertainment on first night even though its meant to be every night, wine disgusting(not enough choice),so far away from any sort of connection to the public that we ended up having to drive every day instead of walking like we wanted to therefore having to pay for parking for 2 days, toilet handle wouldn't flush properly, mold around the windows,it was really a single room with a double bed in as you couldn't move at all.we asked for a cot when we paid for the room online but when we got there there was no cot so we had to get a cleaner to get us one.the handyman just walked into our room without knocking and put the cot in.this is out of order as i was in the shower and my 5 yr old son was on the bed watching tv while my partner was having a nap with my 1yr old.he should not of walked in.
separate room with interconnecting door for the kids and they had their own tv . the breakfast was lovely and they were happy to serve exactly what we asked for
