We were given a nice welcome from friendly staff. We had a nice seaview which we enjoyed. Friendly cheerful staff served breakfast next morning .All staff from cleaners to Management were polite and friendly. Would definately go back there in the future. If you call this a fault, the room was too warm

The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was good, sea view from the room. Wireless is patchy, the showers are poor and the rooms are small and in need of updating.

At the quieter end of the promenade, although the actual walls in the hotel are fairly thin, catch 22. Hotel lacking ltc and a personal touch. outdated and needs brightening up and updating regarding the decor, facilities. Like many hotels in Blackpool.

I liked the location of the hotel and the sea view. I found the prices reasonable.Friendly staff too. The shower fitting needed to be adjusted and the shower curtain was dirty at the bottom (it needed to be washed or changed for new one). Breaskfast time is until 10 o'clock. We found that a bit inconvenient and too rushed. We would suggest til 11 o'clock will be best.

It was a little out of town which made it quieter. Although, the trams stopped right outside to take u more into town The bedrooms were very cold in the evening, even with the heater on the wall.

The hotel was nice and clen, the staff quite friendly and the cooked breakfast was lovely the price was good as it was on offer. We booked seaview rooms, online they showed full length windows ours were tiny and you could only see out if stood at it. The kettle was missing from the room and nobody told us you had to switch the hot tap on in the sink to activate the pump and get hot water in the shower. The website also says its 10 minute walk to the tower and north pier, it is not its more than a 10 minute car/taxi ride. Also there was no entertainment in the hotel as it says online and the bar only opened at 7pm. We wanted a cooked meal as again advertised online but this had to be ordered with breakfast. We got the hotel on a deal for £45 im glad we didnt pay full as it wasnt worth it.

Breakfast was excellent, comfortable bed Had to wait approximatly 5-6 mins before anyone came to ther door, as it was very cold outside, we were freezing by time Alison opened the door, the cold from the hallway hit us,as we walked in. We were told that the facilities that was advertised were not in use eg evening meal was not avaible as they didnt do evening meals from November the bar and games room and lounge was also unavaible. If we had known this we would have chosen another hotel.on entering our bedroom on the first floor that was also cold. so we had to go out to warm up. but on arriving back later that night the heating had been turned on. The dungeon (dining room) was also cold, but we were sat down near the radiator. The whole hotel needs updating, squeeky floor boards , doors and stairs.

Not a lot the bed was comfy that was all No hot water. No central heating with you expect when booking in November Staff never about Bar not open Pictures on Website need updating as the Leverdale Hotel does not live up to any of them. If we hadn't had paid before we went up to our room we would have walked straight back out. Any chance of a refund?????
