The breakfast was great, we mentioned we were vegetarian and were not expecting to be fully looked after but we were. The staff had gone out of their way to provide a fukll English with veggie stuff we could eat. The games room/bar was not open enough for the kids to play in.

The staff were very attentive, accomodating and friendly. Bed was pretty good. The breakfast was nice too. Location was great for me, but it is a bit out of the way for people after the Central part of Blackpool. Nice for a one/two nighter, but wouldn't stay for a week. Room was tight, windows really unclean, shower kept going from extremely hot to quite cold; the room generally needs a massive update.

Nice breakfast, nice staff. Had choice of room. Hot water in shower not working at all, only tepid in sink, needed to use kettle to wash, and had to wash hair in cold shower. Bed broken (sunken where back needs most support, on both sides), and dangerous sharp staples sticking out of wall, which cut my foot deeply (staff made aware)

The staff were friendly. Paying £80 for a night I was expecting a little more from the hotel. The room seemed a little dated and in need of some attention - it wasnt bad its just that having stayed in a 4* hotel for £100 there was a big gulf in the quality.

Food was excellent and they changed meal times to allow for the conference I was attending. Room was slightly cramped, and no room for a suitable surface for tea making, although everything was provided for that. The lead on the kettle did not reach to the windowsill, so I had to make tea on the floor!

What the Leverdale may lack in style, is more than made up with the atmosphere that is created by the welcoming staff. The cold shower!
