Very good service and nice rooms, staff were excellent. Food of high quality and the breakfast was the best I have had anywhere! Great location near airport and not too noisy. Rooms well soundproofed. Most recommended.

Noisy guestnext door on last night after big party downstairs. Thankfully didn't last very long.

We have stayed in many hotels all over Europe and this is the best we have stayed in: We had a 6 foot bed that was so comfortable: The staff we really good, and nothing was to much trouble: The food was some of the best we have ever had: The decoration was modern and tasteful.

The first impression of the hotel is very good and it noly gets better after that. service is fantastic, the room is clean and beautiful,dinner is even better. there is an offer at dinner. 19,95 for 2 courses,however, iyou can chose to pay for the A La Carte menu,which is first class. I have never eaten so slow in my life,as i tried to make the flavours last for a long time. Scallops to die for and then I had Fillet steak,which was beautifully cooked. breakfast was organised for me for 5.15, as my flight was leaving early. I cant wait to stay in this hotel again,as everything was perfect.

lovely staff, nice room , good food

Staff - probably the best in Europe and certainly equal to the demading standards I expect and those I have experienced at Raffles, Singapore and the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. Although my room charge was extremely reasonable, the decor and standard of the decoration far exceeded my expectations for my one-night stop. My superior room was very relaxing, had ambient (but adjustable brilliance) lighting, a comfortable bed and a magnificent (rain) shower room. When dining, the food I had both at dinner and at breakfast were equally as good. Prices reflected the quality presented. However, there was also a wide choice of dishes available on a 2 or 3-course set menu, which was excellent value for money. Overall, this was an overnight business-stop that I now want to return to for a long weekend break. p.s. The photos on numerous websites are accurate. Also, the hotel provides free wifi for all guests.

There is very little to dislike at this hotel. If it were possible, I would improve upon is its location for leisure guests by moving the hotel a little closer to a beach, the coast or nearer a town. However, there is an outdoor heated pool situated in a beautifully-maintained garden area with a couple of gazebos available for lounging and dining use in summer. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel were doing offers on short-breaks that include free car-hire. One other dislike I had was that in-room spa treatments were available, but not to single male guests, as they must have a female guest present during any treatment that takes place. As a lone business traveller this was slightly dissapointing and a lost revenue opportunity for the hotel.

Comfortable, well appointed, well equipped room if a little cold with only reverse air conditioning which was not very effective. Staff very attentive and accomodating. Nice ambiance throughout the hotel.

Wireless internet virtually unusable with only very weak signal and continually dropping connection, for business users this is a very important and necessary facility. Reception staff tried to reset the router to no avail. Bar food on the first night was below par, improved on second night.

Accueil chaleureux et personnel attentif. Esprit familial, beaucoup de charme. Cet hotel est parfait pour venir decouvrir Guernesey.
