Very helpful staff, good continental breakfast.
Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodation. Convenient location with plenty of pleasant eating places close.
the convenience of walking to victoria stations (coach and tube) and the fact that bus 24 which is a scenic bus has a stop right in front of the hotel.
Everything was perfect! Will definitely come back to this hotel in my next stay.
Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable room. Good shower and breakfast. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Location Wifi was good enough
Room was extremely small Breakfast was not many options
I loved the location, the room and decor.
The breakfast was terrible. Hostel standard.
The hotel was central, very close to Victoria station, especially nice if you travel from Gatwick airport.
The room was too small with only a skylight.
close to train stations, easy to get into the city,
Could walk tio Visctoria Station
No hot breakfast
The location was excellent bus stop outside the Hotel so easy to get around. Staff excellent always very helpful and very friendly. And the Hotel was spotlessly clean.
Great location to Victoria and Pimlico lines. Clean. OK value for the money, especially in London-- You get what you pay for.
Very small room, but ideal if you are out sightseeing most of the day. Noisy-the floors are very creeky and the music played at breakfast was quite loud. The towels felt like sandpaper. Breakfast selection is mediocre.
The staff were very helpful, and the Hotel was spotlessly clean. It is located so conveniently for walking along the embankment to the the West End.
Our room had no wardrobe and the hanging rail was too close to the wall to hang our clothes properly. There was no chest of drawers, no cupboard and no bedside lockers, so we had our clothes hanging over the wall pictures and the mirror and all our articles, including underwear, had to remain in our suitcase or lay on a single open shelf. It didn't matter to us as we were staying only for a weekend, but for a longer stay we would have found it too cramped.
Greeting and Friendliness of Staff on arrival ..breakfast room and choice of food ..accommodation facilities and comfort of bed...location ...immaculately clean...helpfullness of staff
Nothing to dislike !
good location easy reach of all attractions. very good value would use again.
Very comfortable large bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful Very clean breakfast room and adequate breakfast provision Bus stop outside the hotel which I found very useful late at night
I needed a chair rather than a pouffe Very limited clothes hanging space Being older I found the walk from Victoria Coach Station to the hotel difficult when carrying a suitcase there are no buses from that direction.
Very nice hotel in London. Well situated (Victoria station). Clean Personal helpful
You have to pay at the check inn. The breakfast, a bit too simple
Staff on reception were excellent, very friendly and very efficient. Deliberately chose small room to save Money and it was small but more than adequate for my needs. Very clean, nicely decorated, well laid out (hairdryer next to the biggest mirror).
It's on a fairly busy road so there was some noise in the morning, bite it's the middle of london, it's going to be a bit noisy!
very good location, near Victoria Station, nice hotel, very good price during World Travel Market
This hotel is situated close to Victoria Station (approx 10 min walk). Upon arrival we were allocated room B04 which is in the basement of the hotel and faced onto the street. There was a lot of noise through the night and we could not sleep. We approached the reception staff in the morning regarding this and we were able to change rooms with no problem at all. Staff were always very helpful, polite and welcoming, especially Mr Baig. Rooms were of an adequate size and very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows - great after viewing the city's sights all day. Adequate breakfast provided and the staff in the breakfast room were very nice. I would recommend this hotel and would stay in it again.
Very pleasant, welcoming reception. Comfortable beds, easy to use showers and essential tea and coffee making facilities. Stayed at this hotel last January and will be back for a third visit.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Good location for underground and buses to get around. Not too expensive but basic.
The shower room was a tight squeeze and couldn't get into the shower without getting my hair wet! Whilst adequate for our short stay the bedrooms were too small for any longer than a couple of days. Not much choice at breakfast and no ham on our second day.
This hotel is exactly what it says it is, a little budget hotel. But you won't get nicer staff anywhere. We had a receptionist (male) stand for 20 mins trying to get us a taxi, only to find out it was his last night. I know Moat would be doing the very minimum. Place is spotless & smells so lovely.
The hardest thing for me was not having a large window. It got quite warm In the tiny room. Breakfast was very basic. But as I said great place to put your head down.
The area is very pretty, and the Hotel is in between Victoria and Pimlico Station, which was perfect for us since we traveled using the Gatwick Express. Breakfast is just right, and the best part is the help, support and friendliness of the Reception Desk personnel, in particular Mr Baig. If you are looking at staying in the Victoria / Pimlico area, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The rooms are quite small, like most rooms in London anyway, but they are very clean.
Excellent accommodation for the money. My review scores say it all.
That I only booked three nights.
