The location is convenient, the staff is helpful. Room size is fine if you are only there for a short stay... and no smaller than other rooms in London. Space is a premium. If you are just using this as a sleeping place, you'll be fine.
The bathroom smelled mildewy. Towels were undersized and scratchy. The only toiletries provided came in the form of all-purpose soap in a dispenser on the wall, to be used for hands, body... hair?
Clean staff professional and helpful position
small room for 3 of us
Location is close to Victoria station so very convenient. Bathroom is recently renovated so very modern and clean. A huge plus for this price range of hotels. Bed was comfortable. 24 hour desk so no concerns checking in or out at early or late hours which made life so much easier for me when my plane was delayed.
Breakfast hours were not convenient. At least have it until 11am. Rooms didn't have a mini-fridge or anything - would have been more convenient if it had. But id did have tea and coffee which was greatly appreciated.
Lovely bathroom and all very clean. Very pretty location. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for our mini, sightseeing break in London.
No full English breakfast and room was a bit on the small side. But nothing major.
This is a nice hotel, room was very small but clean. It has great location, close to Big Ben, London eye and Buckingham palace. Lots of pubs around
Very small bathroom
Location and staff.
The rooms were very small and there was no place to unpack (no drawers and very limited space for clothes hangers. Our friends got a room that had so little room for their suitcases that they had to climb over them to access the bath and entry doors.
Breakfast was a bonus Close to transport Reasonable price
Towels were very small Rooms also small especially bathroom
Excellent location, friendly staff, decent continental breakfast with modern rooms though usual London size.
My room had 1 tiny window that opened, providing no circulation, and the plug in air freshener in the hallway - it was so strong it made me feel ill.
The location was perfect, walking distance to Victoria Coach station. The staff were helpful and nice; and also the internet was fast.
The price was a bit high for one night.
the bed was very nice ,the pillow excellent best sleep i have had for a long time , the room was small but big enough for what we needed ,the shower brilliant i love a hot shower i got what i wanted . the breakfast was great was a continental but great selection good tasting well happy.
the room size if i stayed longer i would have liked a bigger room but that is all wonderful stay thank you
Great location in a quiet street; clean, comfortable and convenient. Continental breakfast included.
Clean, comfortable and close to stations.
Luggage storage room not locked. Ensure your bags are locked if putting in there as anyone from hotel can access the room.
Helpful, pleasant staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good.
Nice neighborhood Decent breakfast
I requested a triple room with 3 beds. They said they didn't have 3 single beds, so my teenaged sons had to share a double. Not ideal. The fan they gave when I requested one was tiny--have never seen one smaller. It did nothing to combat the heat--only took up room that was already lacking. Staff was not particularly friendly, but not rude, either--lukewarm. Much like this review.
good location convenient for most London hotspots
very basic breakfast
The whole experience was excellent
I liked the location of the hotel (near the Victoria station and the city center ).The staff was frendly and helpful.
The room overlooked the main street and because the hot weather we need to open the windows. It was very noisy and we couldn't sleep well.If the room was air-conditioned,it will be more comfortably.
the room, far too embarrassingly tiny and the view out of the room was disgusting. I booked this hotel months in advance, it was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. I paid nearly £600 for this room, a terrible hotel run by Eastern Europeans! I wasn't to know this, I only booked it because the location was ideal for me to walk to the Oval Cricket ground and to the city but the hotel personally I thought was drab in all aspects.
The breakfast staff were fine for what they had to do.
Where do I start?? The man working at reception was very unhelpful, he seemed disinterested and clearly has no business working in the hospitality or customer service industry. As we arrived, we were carrying a lot of luggage and we were struggling through the front door, he just sat behind his desk and didn't offer to help at all. It was very rude and a very very bad first impression to get of a hotel. Once we got to our room, which was downstairs in the basement, things did not improve. The room was tiny, the grey ornamental cushions and throw at the end of the bed had stains on them. Maybe it's just London, but for what they charged and what they offered, it was not relative.
clean friendly staff fairly good location (10 min. walk from Victoria Station, bus stop right at the hotel door, 5 min. walk from Pimlico Underground stop)
rooms REALLY small
Location Breakfast was okay for continental, breakfast room and utensils etc clean Staff helpful
Noisy rooms/floorboards which led to sleepless night
The Hotel was a really good base for the tube at Victoria Station and the Hotel its self was really comfortable and very clean and the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble ... coming back
This hotel was within a short walk from Victoria station and underground also bus stop right outside. Ideal for a city break. Continental breakfast included which was good.
No air con in room
Stayed here on a boys weekend room was small but very clean, modern and comfy. Great value for money.
Needs ac in the room
