Position Private bathroom
The room is really old and looks not so beautiful Towels are changed after many days The bed is cleaned after one week only
Nice location & Clean
No service for leave luggage Check-in time at 2 pm
Price, staff helpfulness, comfort & convenience. Location, free wi-fi.
No kettle in room.
The Halls were a good place to stay which although was basic was central to transport to all parts of London. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice. Quite at night too and lifts to all floors
Good sized room but needs a little redecoration. Only one pillow provided and one towel. No bath mat and no signage to warn of how hot towel rail was or floor being slippery when wet.
Great Breakfast like a 5 star hotel.. Great quite location.
The carpet in my room was very grungy. It could have been cleaned or replaced. The bathroom was very awkward.
a great value stay, with expansive breakfast, clean, functional rooms and friendly staff. A lovely, safe, secure location, convenient for town and parks.
a little institutional in décor etc. but you'd expect that from uni halls so I wasn't disappointed.
breakfast from 8-9
breakfast included, great location, 24 hour staff at desk, price
no air conditioning. only way to cool room was to open window - which opened just a crack. lots of street noise. mattress was thin and lumpy, with big sunken middle. thin pillow with no cushion
The location is very easy to access, private bathroom is a real plus. Breakfast hosted a good array of options.
The rooms are carpeted and ours was really stained, which makes it feel dirty. The wi-fi is only in the main lobby which is really inconvenient.
value for money location breakfast quiet
The location is awesome! Hyde park and Kensington gardens are in a couple minutes of walk, so as Paddington railway and tube station. And lots of small shops and cafes are really close to the LPH The breakfasts have a nice variety of meal options, including veg My room was quite tidy, with a very comfortable bed
Wi-Fi only at the reception No daily cleaning, though they take rubbish every day Thin walls and acoustics in general - you can hear lots of different noises from neighbour rooms (at daytime and in the evenings)
No bathroom mat Cleaning is once a week or more and ou don't get it until you ask Cleaniliness is Nil Boring breakfast after a while
Great location and fantastic breakfast menu.
Bed linen was rather old and duvet cover was fraying.
Good security! Loved the location!
The price and the size of my room
The steam pipes made my room very Hot so I had to open my Window to refrescante, But outside was noisy so It Was difficult to sleep well
the location , the breakfast, the staff
that it lacked a fridge
Location, staff & breakfast their was reasonable to.
The matteress was uncomfortable and they are probably due to be replaced, they need fans in the room during summer.
It was a reasonable accommodation for the price.
I had to leave early--by 10:00--on a Saturday without any breakfast. I would have preferred WiFI rather than cable.
food and location excellent
I was in Room 441. Due to hot weather I had to open the window. My room overlooked a lane at the rear with the high street about 20 yards away, restaurant/ pub. Noisy until about 1.00am. Would request a room at the front on next visit.
the location near Paddington station was good.
very dirty (fecal matter on the outside of the toilet, dirty shower, stained bed, stained floor, not even daily garbage-disposal)
I liked the convenience of the location and the wide range of food options for breakfast.
Lack of WiFi access in individual rooms.
Great location friendly staff Didn't try breakfast or dinner as I was out for most of day, stayed over weekend but no trouble with noise, overlooking nice gardens. would book again
