On the banks of the Avon River, Old Mill Hotel & Lodge has lovely gardens and stunning views of the countryside surrounding Bath. It is on a site that housed a flour mill until 1907.

The room we had ,had a fantastic view of the valley. Probably the best view from a room in the Hotel? The breakfast was great and more than sufficient for any taste. Would definitely book again for a visit to Bath and area.
Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, comfy beds and helpful staff.
Comfortable,staff very accommodating views wonderful
The countryside setting. Room & bed
Interconnecting door meant no soundproofing for snorer next door - dreadful! Receptionists aloofness and lack of interest. Waitress rushing to clear breakfast things the second you put a fork down! View of rubbish from window
Location and overall faclities
Peace and quite
The bed was comfortable, and the room had a lovely view of the valley. On the 3rd floor, the room was quiet.. The shower worked well There was ample tea/coffee in the room.
As a wedding venue, the hotel was very busy/noisy in the evening, on the ground floor. It was difficult to find a space in the car park because of all the wedding guests. The wifi was very slow
Lovely decor, clean Nd tidy, great shower in the room
It was a little cold during the day, mainly because the smackers kept going out through to the fire door and leaving it open, making everywhere very draughty
Beautiful scenery, lovely building.
Room furnishings very dated, wifi didn't work, dinner menu very limited
Comfy bed , bar nice
Rooms too hot , view from room dreadful , intermittent staff around . Tv didn't work in first room so had to move. Local pub absolutely rubbish
Beautiful landscape. Historic building
The hotel need refurbishing.

water in room not hot/cold radiator in morning!
the place is amazing .
Great out of the way location with good access to the city. Brilliant price and great facilities catered for all the needs of a young couple's Valentine trip away.
house keeping was awful very noisey - no chance of a lie in
The large prperty provides special setting for a relaxing experience in the Contry side , outstandingly comfortable bed , warm duvey and large white Bath Towlels, comfortable bar with open log fire and good menue
The location was beautiful. I also would like to thank the cleaning staff of our room no 44 as I had left my bank cards and they handed them into reception for me. When I rang they posted them to me.
Bar staff a bit rude
Rooms were ok
The food was poor!
Food was excellent, marvellous tapas.Very peaceful sitting in the lounge with a lovely coffee and news paper.
Coldness of room on arrival, some areas in need of a little paint.Four poster bed uprights in need of an all around dusting.
The staff were very attentive. Hotel was very comfortable and cosy.
Location - What a beautiful setting this hotel is in! The pub across the road - Hop Inn
Wifi constant drop outs on multiple devices, Rude staff, Very noisy room (below staff quarters) cold rooms, no heating control and only 1 radiator working!!! restaurant choice very poor and unable to cook a steak as ordered.
The room was a amazing size, with a lovely on suite and a comfy bed. Staff where friendly and welcoming
The bar was lacking a selection of spirits and atmosphere which was a shame as the area had a lot of potential.
Great proximity to Bath, without paying city prices. Cozy, comfortable pub. Very positive and helpful staff.
Showed up and they had no record of my reservation via Booking.com. Got stuck in a room that sounded as if water was running down the walls anytime adjoining rooms flushed or showered. But at least we got a room ;)
staff very pleasant, location good, meals good but think breakfast should be included in price
no heating in bedrooms until late afternoon very cold in bedroom
