Lincoln House was renovated to a very high standard in 2007, and is located just a 10-minute stroll from the town centre, beach, theatre, harbour, bus and rail stations. Built circa 1892, Lincoln House offers 3 tastefully decorated, spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The guest house is ideally situated for experiencing all that Bridlington has to offer. A full English or continental-style breakfast is available in an elegant dining room. Good, comfortable accommodation with an excellent breakfast. Sylvia and John were excellent and helped us to enjoy the little time we spent in Bridlington. Weather was kind to us as well. We only really stayed overnight would like to have stayed longer, still we might be encouraged to return sometime.

The owners were lovely and really looked after us making us feel very very welcome. It was like home from home the breakfast was lovely and more than plenty to eat. We would definately go there again. Nothing

Sylvia was very welcoming and full of local knowledge. She was very friendly and accomodating. We informed her that we were vegetarian and she provided soya milk.The room was clean, cosy and there were lots of nice little touches; for example, cotton pads and chocolates. We felt very relaxed and happy and the stroll to the sea was not very far.

Very amiable hosts, where nothing was too much. Spacious accomodation and excellant breakfast menu. Would recommend highly to others.

The owners Sylvia and John were very friendly and welcoming. Sylvia explaned about all the local amineties in the area . They B&B is very clean and comfortable. Nothing bad to say.

Sylvia and John were excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful in terms of finding out about Bridlington. Couldn't fault the food either. We had just completed the Way of The Roses and our bikes were taken good care of. Not everybody will like the rules but there was nothing there that wasn't reasonable.

Very friendly owners with a wealth of local knowledge. Plenty of parking spaces with a free permit. Delicious cooked breakfasts. Reasonably quiet location and only 10 minute walk to the front.

Room clean Expensive, could get same facilities with same quality much cheaper nearby. Very cramped in dining room. Cannot take any hot meals into room. Prefer more down to earth hosts.
