Room a little disappointing - appeared expensive for something not dissimilar to an up market Holiday Inn Express.

Loved design of room and quality bathroom. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. PLesant restaurant and bar area downstairs. Very relaxing. Good terrace outside for early evening drinks. Easy walking distance to Covent Garden and theatres, shops etc.

The air conditioning didn't seem to be working. Room was very warm when arrived. When got back from theatre, staff member came to fix but it still didn't seem to work. Slept under sheet most of night.

It is a superb location and excellent value for central London. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable

One of the two lifts broke which made it very difficult to access my room on 10th floor.

The attention to detail within the room was excellent and use of the limited space was very clever.

Bed was a bit too high which made it difficult for my heavily pregnant wife to get on to. The mattress wasn't the best either.

The gardens opposite were very pleasant. It was very handy for HMS Wellington where we attended the OCC. AGM and dinner. Pity we couldn't have stayed longer.

We found the room very warm. It did cool down after having the Air Con. on for considerable time.

Excellent location, close to Holborn tube station and lots of eateries. Room was comfortable and irons and ironing boards are available from the guest closet, very handy.

The bed in our room (620) was right up against the wall on one side, so not easy to get in and out on the one side.

City centre location and near to theatre are.

-Great location -Friendly staff -Early check in, our room was ready at 12 o'clock -Good pub around the corner 'All Bar One'. -Underground around the corner -Great park opposite the hotel

-Maid ignored our 'not disturb design' on our door and woke us early in the morning

The lift system.It was complicated to find the restaurant.

Location: near British Museum which we were visiting for exhibition; virtually next door to Holborn Tube; close to Oxford Street but also next to the greenery and relative peace of Lincoln's Inn Fields - so a quiet night. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance - including places for breakfast as not included (Fleet River Bakery or Paul's). Small room but very clean and modern with smart bathroom. My wife would have put in an offer for the magnifying mirror. We travelled light and, for once, needed the hotel's toiletries. They had been forgotten but staff very apologetic and after immediately rectifying the 'problem' followed it up with a phone call.

Everything little things made a difference such as bottles and water machines in the corridors. It was very clean, modern and tasteful. Also good security measures like the lifts only working by scanning your room key. Will definitely stay again
