Easy access to London attractions, comfortable rooms with good food at an affordable price for that overnight stay. Could have done with an extra pillow. |

Very friendly welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble.Food was available until 1.00 am without any hassle. Breakfast was filling and plenty of tea / coffee/ juice available. Excellent. Would recommend to anyone for location and value for money. Will certainly be staying again. Bath towels were not big enough. |

We liked the well prepared and friendly breakfast service. The 'pokey' reception, down in the basement, gave us a less than encouraging first impression, especially when told that our room was on the fourth floor. I know that space is at a premium in The City but I think that this is one economy too many. The tiny en-suite bathroom is, in our view, an apology for a facility in accommodation of this cost and in the country's capital. God knows what a discerning French or German visitor would think of British hospitality, when he can bearly lift his elbows without cracking them against wall. Also, the inaccurate and out of date restaurant list resulted in our eating in a restaurant that we would never have chosen. The French restaurant, La Galette (or something like that) at 56 Paddington Road and at which we believed we had booked a table, little knowing that the phone number was that of the Ana Capri Italian restaurant, round the corner, is now a Greek eatery, whilst the other French, the Bond Brasserie that we had to walk almost a mile to, is closed down. Knowing that we had. at least, a table booked at Ana Capri, we retraced our footsteps anothet three quarters of a mile, only to endure the most disappointing meal out that we can remember. A couple of hours, checking out the phone numbers, CURRENT cuisine styles and trading status would have prevented this cause of a thoroughly disappointing evening in London, as it turns out, the first we have had as a family. |

The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping very close to Oxford street. It's really clean and the room was comfortable, nothing is missing, the food was good and well served. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. reservation was easy through your site and I used it before last year. Only that there was no elevator and my bag was heavy but the recptionist carried the bag for me willingly and refused to be tipped politely. |

Vegetarian breakfasts were very good though not included in the high room price they were reasonably priced. This was my reason for choosing the hotel. As someone else pointed out though, there was no tofu option as I had seen advertised. But soya milk was available. The bathroom was no more than a cupboard. The extra single bed in our room limited the space. The tv was faulty. The price was high for the size and quality of room, but this is due to the central location. |

Location in central london My room was on the 4th floor and no lift available I have asthma and the 5 flight climb was a struggle. The mirror was not near any plug sockets so very difficult to blow dry my hair in the mirror. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain only just got round me and I am a size 8 ! |

Location is very good and rooms are clear (although being very small). For the ones having physical disabilities; there is no elevator.in the hotel (an old hotel). But worth for money considering every aspect. |

Verzorgd ontbijt, uitstekende locatie, vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden. Geen lift, daardoor moesten we 82 treden omhoog naar het vierde verdiep. De badkamer op de kamer was minuscuul . |

Ligging is erg centraal in Londen. |
