Location was good
Creaky rooms, beds poor and noisy, food although good poor quantity in so far as my lad could have had full breakfast but chose bacon and sausage and got one of each. Not disability friendly as stairs steep to eating area. Parking although close is a nightmare due to one way system. Couldn't easily fill kettle dug to small sink. Our window was a view of next doors alley. Would not go back. Hard to find
It was very friendly and accommodating would highly recommend it.
The owner Paul is very customer focused good with all his guest. Fantastic location, clean hotel and good breakfast. Good value for money.
The shower was very small and we never got the correct temperature, the stairs down to the dinning room were steep but neither would put us off going back.
So friendly, clean & comfy, breakfast was plentyful. My twin grandsons (12yrs) thought Paul was so funny, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanx for everything.
being woke up at 3am & then 6am by noisey neighbours.
Location was fantastic, breakfast was decent tge stay was pleasant no thrills but for the price cannot complain I have to say the staff and manager there do their very best to make your stay the best they possible can. The manager was so kind and thoughtful and went out of his way to ensure that we were ok even after checking out. Would stay again as it was very close to attractions and the hotel was on a peaceful road. Apart from karaoke nights from a neighbouring hotel sleep was peaceful.
Nothing to not like but remember you pay for what you get great budget hotel with 5 star staff.
The welcome we got was warm and friendly, we were able to check in even though we arrived earlier than the stated check in time - this was good for us as we needed somewhere to leave our bags as we had tickets for the pleasure beach. Our room was small but very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was again small but looked new and clean, the shower did take a while to warm up but when it did it was lovely! The breakfast was fab, I wasn't expecting anything special or even a choice but we could chose what we wanted to eat and could have as much tea/coffee/juice/toast as we wanted. A massive plus point for us was that we were able to leave our bags in a secure room after checkout so that we could enjoy one final day in the amusements and bars before heading home. Overall this hotel is fab and perfect location for all amenities, would recommend to anyone.
Bed was hard.
Having stayed here once before, we decided to do a return visit, lovely friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing cooked breakfast. In a prime location, what more could you ask for Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.
Greated by a real life mr tumble who made the stay very pleasant. Very clean and spacious room in a prime location. Highly recommended the breakfast
Fantastic location not noisy x
Stairs to family room with heavy pushchair and young children ..... Nightmare x
only stayed 1 night but everyone seemed very pleasant, breakfast was good, and hotel clean.

room was lovely and clean and decorated well. bed was comfy. bathroom was very clean. I am funny about bathrooms but was very pleased. excellent location for beach, shops and winter gardens. would definitely stay again and recommend.
could do with bigger shower heads for females who have long thick hair to wash. it did take a while to get the shampoo out :)

staff room layout breakfast
Waiting 45 minutes for our breakfast Cobwebs in the room Broken Shower Uncomfortable beds Cobwebs in the breakfast room
Friendly staff quality clean accommodation with an excellent breakfast.
Friendly accommodating host, nothing was too much trouble, great breakfast
Great value cheap accommodation. If you want luxury this isn't the property for you. If you want cheap decent accommodation in the centre of Blackpool and can put up with the the odd stag or hen party it's great. I would definitely be prepared to use it again and would happily recommend it, though I don't think I would direct my 80 year old father there. The cheapness of the price of this accommodation made me and my 3 friends a little vary of what to expect but we were all very content with what we got. With a decent breakfast included in the price it is great value for money. Right next to the Winter Gardens.
To complain about anything would seem to be be nit picking to me. If you expect a top hotel you will be disappointed, if all you want is somewhere clean, dry, warm and friendly this is great. might not suit most elderly couples looking for a quiet retreat. But you could say that about Blackpool in general.
The room was just what we needed. Great location. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great. Will defiantly stop again
Had a two night stay in a family room at the Boomerang Aug 2014.Room spotless beds extremely comfortable and ideally situated for attractions and shops will call again.Glasgow visitors
Room and Bathroom was clean, bit surprised as the entrance and downstairs looked unloved. Owner was very easy going and accommodating. Breakfast was good.
Lock on room door was broken, very difficult to unlock; dining room was very tired looking.
Paul was so friendly nothing was a bother to him the breakfasts were really good don't know how he does it when his rates are so reasonable would definitely stay there again.
Room size and facilities Comfortable bed Clean bathroom Good bar Very friendly and helpful staff Great location close to many of the attractions
Thin walls meant little sleep , until we bought earplugs !
There were 7 off us 3 adults 4 kids perfect for us. Had a room that can fit us all in
Host was very sociable and obliging.Just need to ask if theres anything you need and he would solve it.We actually left a shopping bag in a restaurant, he rang them and luckily it was there so he offered to pick it up for us.Thanks again Paul. Will book again and good luck with the new venture.
