Location value for money
The decor was a bit tired and in need of a lick of paint
I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Cleaners cleaned are room next day and left clean towels. Because it was low season we was also allowed a later checkout, which with having children was excellent
I thought with the price of the hotel we would of got a breakfast. I also thought it was a bit over priced
Staff very friendly. Atmosphere very good. Lovely breakfast.
Location, good breakfast
Small room for a double room,
Ideal position for all attractions. Nicely decorated. Excellent staff. Value for money.
No car parking on site, although there is a public car park at the end of the road, reasonably priced.
The location was brilliant, it was right next to the north pier and all the pubs and clubs beside it. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of cereals, fruits, yoghurts and a cooked breakfast. Bar is well stocked with very reasonale prices. Also has a pool table and dart board for some prenight out amusement.
Comfort of the room itself was ok, although we had 3 adults staying in our room and the bunk beds were not very comfy at all. The other bed was fine however.
Myself and my Friend decided a few days away were just what the Doctor ordered so we booked a last minute getaway to Blackpool. On arrival we were met by very Friendly staff, and we immediatekly felt at home. Our room was lovely, clean warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was beautiful. The location of this hotel was fantastic and we would definitly go back.
Fantastic weekend will be back next year
right next door to Winter Gardens, shopping, excellent location, breakfast was lovely - AND they did veggie sausages!
Bed creaked, shower head could do with a wipe
Friendliness of staff Helpfullness of staff Food and service - excellent Nothing was too much trouble Hotel and rooms lovely and warm Shower - excellent Facilities/towel exchange excellent Convenience of location

Great hotel, great location breakfast was good. Paul was an excellent host, would definitely return and stay here again.
the B and B was run by friendly staff . The facilities were great and it was very clean . Only grumble was the the bunk beds were mega squeaky and did keep us awake for a while . Would recommend it
warm friendly welcome close to all attractions breakfast was good half term so very busy
unfortunatley didnt get much sleep the mattress on the double bed was very thin and the bunk bed squeeked every time grandson moved think the bunks need tightening up and all mattresses could do with replacing as you could feel the springs in all of them
we had to come home :(
Breakfast was fantastic.
Room we were in was noisey and we were kept awake most of the night. There wasnt any little shower gels/shampoos that youd normally get in hotels.
Location ..pleasant staff ...
No toilet roll holder or towel rail ..walls very thin lots of noise stomping on floor above ,, more tea n coffee milk etc could be left in basket ..
great value .1 min walk to winter gardens.
Great central location.
Very clean Good choices in English Breakfast Receptionest very helpful. All in all would go back
Right in the heart of Blackpool but yet you wouldn't know at night, street is quiet for a good night's sleep. Amazing staff. Great big room for larger families like us, double and 2 bunk beds for the kids. Room had iron and ironing board and hairdryer along with the usual kettle, cups, tea and coffee etc. I have stayed in a lot of places in Blackpool and I have to say that this is the best by far, a real wee gem.
Clean, comfortable and in a good location. Excellent value for money.
Location Cleanliness Friendly staff/ owner
The fact that breakfast was limited to a half hour slot and only one person serving although he did an excellent job
relaxed atmosphere.breakfast was good.all 8 of us enjoyed our stay. we liked Paul as he had a good sense of humour.(guess how old she is) Joan Robson. loughton, essex
we didn*t find anything we would want to change as everything was just fine.
