Breakfast was fantastic.
Room we were in was noisey and we were kept awake most of the night. There wasnt any little shower gels/shampoos that youd normally get in hotels.
great value .1 min walk to winter gardens.
Great central location.
Very clean Good choices in English Breakfast Receptionest very helpful. All in all would go back
Right in the heart of Blackpool but yet you wouldn't know at night, street is quiet for a good night's sleep. Amazing staff. Great big room for larger families like us, double and 2 bunk beds for the kids. Room had iron and ironing board and hairdryer along with the usual kettle, cups, tea and coffee etc. I have stayed in a lot of places in Blackpool and I have to say that this is the best by far, a real wee gem.
Clean, comfortable and in a good location. Excellent value for money.
Location Cleanliness Friendly staff/ owner
The fact that breakfast was limited to a half hour slot and only one person serving although he did an excellent job
relaxed atmosphere.breakfast was good.all 8 of us enjoyed our stay. we liked Paul as he had a good sense of humour.(guess how old she is) Joan Robson. loughton, essex
we didn*t find anything we would want to change as everything was just fine.
Nice little bar, nice staff, rooms nice clean, went with 3 kids, close to tower and shops, good price, limited parking, en suite room, baby was free, able to come and go as you pleased, very relaxed atmosphere.
Limited parking, other guests let doors slam, (no brains)
Location location location...spot on! Friendly Paul made us all feel instantly welcome and was especially good with the kids.
Great location lovely place to stay room was clean and comfortable breakfast was lovely really enjoyed our 2 night stay
I stayed here for 2 night's with my friend and couldn't have picked a better hotel! Price was great, facilities were great and location even better. 5 minute walk away form pubs, clubs and beachfront (although far enough away). Beds were comfortable and rooms were spotless! If returning to Blackpool wouldn't stay anywhere else. Also great, friendly owners who had alot of time for their guest's if we had any questions or needed help.
Fast friendly check in. Handy location, it's a 2 minutewalkfromthe shopping centre. Really handy for the pubs & clubs.
Could do with new mattresses on the bunkbeds
5 minute walk from the tower, staff very friendly and helpful , hotel is what you would expect from a Blackpool B+B. The double room was spacious but the twin room was fairly cramped both bathrooms were small but done the job, Breakfast was a decent selection and tasty with endless supply on tea coffee toast and cereals, with fresh fruit also available
Greeted by Paul, the very friendly owner for whom, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely large, clean and well decorated room. Great location next to Winter Gardens. Loved being able to check in early and leave our bags on our last day so we didn't have to drag them around with us! Will be back again!
Access to dining room to steep for elderly mum. Lounge a bit unloved and unused.
Friendly staff clean room great breakfast central location. Definitely worth another visit
No lift if have mobility issue. Request ground level room.
Good value for money with a breakfast included, we are a family of four and found it a good option for Blackpool. Good location and pretty quiet at night.
You get what you pay for so cant grumble at the boomerang, maybe the communal lounge area needed a bit of love and heart or more user friendly or so.
The owner Paul made us really welcome, and couldn't do enough for you!!
All round great stay and choice of b and b was fab. Definitely will be staying again.
It was too warm in the room.
Location was good
Creaky rooms, beds poor and noisy, food although good poor quantity in so far as my lad could have had full breakfast but chose bacon and sausage and got one of each. Not disability friendly as stairs steep to eating area. Parking although close is a nightmare due to one way system. Couldn't easily fill kettle dug to small sink. Our window was a view of next doors alley. Would not go back. Hard to find
It was very friendly and accommodating would highly recommend it.
The owner Paul is very customer focused good with all his guest. Fantastic location, clean hotel and good breakfast. Good value for money.
The shower was very small and we never got the correct temperature, the stairs down to the dinning room were steep but neither would put us off going back.
So friendly, clean & comfy, breakfast was plentyful. My twin grandsons (12yrs) thought Paul was so funny, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanx for everything.
being woke up at 3am & then 6am by noisey neighbours.
Location was fantastic, breakfast was decent tge stay was pleasant no thrills but for the price cannot complain I have to say the staff and manager there do their very best to make your stay the best they possible can. The manager was so kind and thoughtful and went out of his way to ensure that we were ok even after checking out. Would stay again as it was very close to attractions and the hotel was on a peaceful road. Apart from karaoke nights from a neighbouring hotel sleep was peaceful.
Nothing to not like but remember you pay for what you get great budget hotel with 5 star staff.
