Location was good, close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube station. Room was clean.

The room was very small, with an even smaller en-suite. We were charged 4% for using any card to pay for the room, when we asked if we could leave our bags there for the morning, a further £5 charge was asked for.... Continental breakfast consisted of toast and cereal

the hotel was very clean , the breakfast was very good , however , the room was in the forth floor and no one to help in carrying the luggages

Location is quite convenient to Paddington Station.

There is no lift, we are staying in the 3rd Floor. The heater are not working. The room and bathroom is extremely small. Breakfast is poor.

The hotel was clean, economical and very convenient to Paddington Underground, Hyde Park etc. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our basement room was quite basic with one small window looking out on a tiny, dismal yard. The breakfast room was also rather cramped. The ensuite was basically a shower room with toilet and small washbasin, both of which got soaked when one had a shower.

Nothing really - except close to Paddington

Room was not very clean, cold as heating did not always work. 4% extra charge on arrival for credit card payment (not mentioned when booking). Payment demanded in advance (not mentioned when booking)

The location - only 2 minutes walk from Paddington station, with Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate tube stations all within minutes walking distance.

The pictures shown of the hotel on the Internet are very misleading. The hotel states that it has just had a refurbishment, but that was not the case. Our room was in desperate need of a repaint, and the window needed to be replaced as it had a gaping hole even when it was closed which let the cold in. The bathroom had recently been refurbished, but if you wanted to have a shower between the hours of 630am-930am then you would have to have a cold shower as the hot water had run out. I complained to the staff and they didn't seem to care. The breakfast room did not have enough seating to cover the rooms that the hotel had, and we often found ourselves having to wait for a table to come free. Overall we found the hotel to be poor quality

Good location in a nice area,handy for transport links, nice pubs nearby, clean room.

Small unattractive room, curtain didn't block out the light from outside. Poor breakfast arrangements. Surcharge for paying by credit card.

The hotel was situated close to the Hyde Park and not far from an underground station. We could drop our luggage there after checking out for the rest of the day.

The breakfast was quiet primitive (cereals and toast with marmelade). At the end of breakfast time, though people were still sitting at the tables, the stuff started cleaning up and hovering the room. Finally I had to pay 4% extra for paying with credit card in advance on the check-in.

Good location, 5 minute walk to Lancaster Gate Tube and 10 mins walk to Marble Arch. Room was clean.

Bathroom didn't have frosted glass, and just had a net curtain, so had to put a towel up to cover window! No lift.

Nothing was like the presentation on the web site .... Usually you pay the Hotel when you make the reservation but Staff pressured to pay by cash , not with the credit card , I will never stay at that hotel again Horrible.

The only thing that was good it was location .

La situation géographique, le calme du quartier

L'état général de la chambre (pomeau de douche cassé, moquette usée jusqu'à la corde, murs abimés, qualité déplorable du couchage, promixité sonore des voisins, la taille de la chambre - 2 lits doubles dans 10m2) La qualité médiocre du petit déjeuner self service comprenant 1 oeuf dur, un café, un jus de fruit et des toasts à faire griller sois même, le tout dans un sous sol de l'hotel.

Non ho apprezzato niente

Le camere erano sporche, la moquette macchiata, I muri macchiati. Non mi è piaciuto per niente e non corrisponde né alle immagini sul sito né alla descrizione di "elegant rooms". La colazione era la minima indispensabile. Fanno pagare 4% in piu' se si paga con la carta di credito. Mi sembra incredibile che sia un albergo a tre stelle. Da evitare!
