Linden House Hotel

Location was good, close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube station. Room was clean.

The room was very small, with an even smaller en-suite. We were charged 4% for using any card to pay for the room, when we asked if we could leave our bags there for the morning, a further £5 charge was asked for.... Continental breakfast consisted of toast and cereal

Basement room was terrible - walls dirty, smell of industrial chemical / bug spray, view of trash bags from the window, windows don't shut correctly, shower had no walls, bathroom floor drain didn't work - resulting in water backup into the entire bathroom area, paper-thin door meant hearing the activity & traffic (starting 6am) in the breakfast room. We moved to an upstairs room after the 1st night, which was much better but still "budget". I'm not sure how this hotel earns 3 stars.

Friendleness of staff. Great central location. Clean room. Good VFM.

A few very minor things would have improved our stay. Our room 7 was a little dark, some of the light bulbs were not working. A few more than two tea bags a day would have been nice! Matress was very uncomfortable and needed replacing. At times there were items of furniture/cases/ matresses cluttering the bottom stair well which could be a fire hazard. The room that we had was definately not the one as posted on the web site as an example! However, taking into account everything including price we enjoyed our stay.

Door key failed to work twice and was on 3rd floor with no lift. Room window would not close

A única coisa que gostei é que o hotel ficava perto do hyde park. Porém é longe dos demais monumentos da cidade.

O quarto é muito pequeno, o banheiro não tinha box, portanto, o ficava completamente cheio de água após o banho, o colchão era muito ruim. As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Parece ser um quarto muito chique e espaçoso porém não é. O café da manhã muito simples e as funcionárias mal educadas. Sem contar que cobram taxa se pagar com cartão. Não recomendo.

la gentilezza del personale, la posizione comoda per gli spostamenti con la metropolitana e il bus,

la camera veramente troppo piccola, non c'era un comodino e il telefono era a terra.

sin duda la ubicacion del hotel que esta en el centro con dos estaciones de metro a 5 minutos la de padington y lancaster gate.

Las Habitaciones del hotel estan reformadas pero aun asi hay muchas cosas que faltan por cambiar como es el tema de los colchones que son deformes e incomodisimos. la ducha no tiene mampara asi que se moja todo el cuarto de baño, las puertas no funcionan bien, hay malos olores en los cuartos de baño, se oye todo lo de las habitaciones de alrrededor, el desayuno es escasisimo y hay que estar pidiendo leche caliente continuamente a la chica del comedor porque si no la pides no hay, las moquetas de las escaleras de las habitaciones de sotano que es donde nos toco a nosotras... estan echas polvo en fin... que en la web parece todo muy bonito y no lo es.
