This an exceptionally beautiful, elegant, luxury guesthouse, stunningly decorated. The welcome is outstanding, the room was lovely and the breakfast is brilliant. If you're going to Torquay, stay here!

Excellent weekend at this beautiful house. Sue and Barry were excellent hosts providing a service over and above what we would have normally expected. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, the room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We would highly recommend this B&B to everyone. Can't wait to go back ! Thanks again from Harry & Caroline Gwilliam.

Larry & Sue were excellent hosts, very helpful & obliging. The property was very well presented, clean, comfortable with off-street parking. Breakfast was substantial & yummy! The location is close to the town centre. Overall, excellent value for money; would recommend unconditionally. We liked everything.

Our short stay at Linden House was excellent and the staff could not be faulted for their helpfullness, on arriving we were offered a drink and were made to feel very welcome. We look forward to staying again and would certainly recommend this B&B to others.

Linden House was immaculate and the service could not be faulted in any way. It was 5 star plus, we were offered tea/coffee and cake on arrival. There were extra touches in our beautiful room like the box of 4 luxury chocolates. Larry and Sue were so welcoming and made you feel at home. Our breakfast was cooked to our own choice and was delicious and plenty of it. Nothing was too much trouble.
