Booked at last minute to stay over after theatre, greeted in a friendly manner and had no great expectations. It was basic, clean, beds comfortable, breakfast served quickly. It did what it said on the tin! Fixture and fittings very sparse eg would have liked a lampshade on central light fitting, dining room souless |

The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was also of good quality. The staff were friendly and efficient. The standards were at least equal to those of chain budget hotels of three times the price, where you do not get breakfast. I will not be looking to stay anywhere else on future visits to Peterborough. 2 pm earliest book in may not suit everyone. |

This guest house made a convenient stopping point on my journey between Bristol and Norfolk. It was also well situated for walking into Peterborough city centre to sight-see and visit the shops. The accommodation was basic, but clean and the room comfortable. |

Was exactly as advertised. Solid breakfast, room to sleep in, and affordable price. Nothing over the top and nothing above an beyond what they advertise. This truly is a budget option and that is why I picked it. A bit hard to get to but I was not familiar with the area. Also would have liked an alarm clock, or any clock in the room, but not big deal. |

The big secure car park at the rear of the hotel was a real bonus. The room was spacious and clean. £36 a night for 2 people in a double room was a bargain! The stay was ok till we went downstairs for breakfast, the room was like a waiting room, complete silence, nothing on the tables and no indication as to how you ordered a cooked breakfast. Eventually somebody came in and stared blankly at us so we ordered the cooked breakfast, what arrived still haunts me now! 2 jumbo luke warm sausages that were bright pink in the middle, 2 cold slices of toast with a runny egg on one and cold beans on the other. We decided to give breakfast a miss and made a quick exit! We wasn't expecting the breakfast to be great for the price but at least cooked. |

Fairly basic but well placed for my appointment in Peterborough. Clean linen but decor poor. But £24.50 per night cannot provide 5* facilities. The one way system in this area is dreadful, particularly when it is dark. |

Good value for money and close to city center. Off street parking was a big plus..............., Breakfast was very good. Shower in the room was useless. Being woken at 7:00a.m. by staff to see if I owned a white van, they should take liscence numbers of customers when they arrive. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room and en suite was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was very basic with the furniture hand made from cheap wood. The breakfast was basic cooking. The light fittings had no lampshades. |

The Guest house was spotlessly clean, the staff were efficient and friendly, there was ample parking and a large cooked breakfast. We thought it was terrific value for money and would stay again. |
