Superbly situated on Llandudno’s seafront, the family-friendly Somerset Hotel features a bar, restaurant, and a games room.
Score from 466 reviews Good
This charming guest house is situated in Llandudno, between the Great and Little Ormes. The sandy beach is just over 5 minutes’ walk from the building, and there is free parking on site.
Score from 134 reviews Exceptional
The family-run Winchmore Hotel is in the centre of Llandudno Bay, looking out over the headlands of the Great Orme and the Little Orme.
Score from 547 reviews Excellent
The Manor Hotel is situated directly on the Victorian Seafront Promenade, only a 2-minute walk from Venue Cymru. It has free Wi-Fi and a superb view across the Bay of Llandudno.
Score from 360 reviews Very good
The hotel was clean and well run with friendly staff. The food was good value and the staff were very helpful with my fussy kids. Lovely atmosphere and we would definately stay here again.
Not keen on the amount of stairs but it is a large hotel so to be expected. Also a welcome booklet with helpful info would be a good for next time.
Shower and no heating and single glazed windows all condenced up
Very clean room. Staff were helpful and food was reasonable 'pub grub' standard
Cheap poor quality mattress and thin, unlined curtains letting in too much light. Dim lighting in bedroom and light that didn't work over bathroom mirror. No Earl Grey tea or brown bread available
Pet friendly, kids loved the bunk beds, Basic menu but food was good. We felt very at home and looked after. Excellent cooked breakfast.
Nowhere to put products in bathroom, needs a shelf. Towels were small and worn. Couldn't open bedroom window. Quite a long walk to get to the beach and town centre, with two 6 year olds it made a lot of walking.
I liked everything
more tea/coffee facilities in the room
Very helpful staff made us feel really welcome and went out of their way for us.
We liked the relaxed atmoshere and very friendly people , also they were really helpfull
At least it had its own car park (unlike the majority of hotels in Llandudno)
A bit run down - certainly in need of renovation
Very nice people, good food, great location. At quite short notice they were able to fit us in at a pretty reasonable price.
Stairs to 2nd floor rooms with a sore knee from a recent operation.
As we arrived we were given a warm welcome and were shown to a comfortable large room with very clean en-suite shower room. Excellent parking facilities and a short walk into the middle of Llandudno. If we return to Llandudno we would probably return to this hotel.
Nothing really, maybe a bit of noise from the heating/water heater but nothing more than you expect in an older building like this.
Food home cooked, really good. I cook for a living.
Having to go home

Staff were nice and lovely breakfast . The view of the maintains out of window was nice
When I booked on line I asked for a ground floor room because my girlfriend has a bad knee. When we arrived we were given are key and told we were on the top floor . There are no lifts so I had to help my girlfriend up the stairs which she was not happy with . when I complained they said all rooms were full so we had stay in the room we were given.Next morning when we went for breakfast I asked for another room lower down . they said someone had just left and we could have that room on the first floor . when we got home my girlfriend had a couple of sleepless nights due to going up and down the stairs while we were there .
the location so easy to find
cold room and no lift
The roundabout was noisy but that cant be helped
The pub and food were nice. We did have a clean room daily n fresh towels, staff were very nice and friendly.lovely breakfast very enjoyable.
Our room was shabby, the bathroom was horrible no bath mat in the bath and the shower was attached to the bath taps and was hard to stop taps from working, the shower sprayed everywhere but down, the beds were strange, there was a mattress inside a wooden 'frame' with wooden frames for support which i keep banging my toes on..
Bar and food excellent. Good quality and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful
Room needed updating. Furniture dated. Décor looking a bit tired.
breakfast good size room
Lovely Breakfast Nice sleep Large room Good location
My son had a broken leg and the staff was very kind and helpfull to us :)
The way the manager dealt sympathetically and quickly with a mistake over our booking, and met our needs sufficiently for us to be able to stay. We had a lovely time and would definitely come to The Links again. The car park is a definite asset, The breakfast was excellent. It was a really good choice
There was a mix up with my booking, even though I rang on the day of our arrival to check all was well. The man I spoke to was not very helpful and obviously did not check my booking but just said, 'Oh, OK' - but it wasn't !!!!
Stayed for a two night break. Really welcoming staff. Dog friendly which is important to us. Good location.
This is not a negative or a dislike just our own comments. It would've made our stay even better if we could've sat in the lounge area with our dog once food service was stopped.
They removed the bath and sink plugs!!!!!
very comfy bed and a great sleep and very historic building
the shower/bath could do with an upgrade it is 2014 not 1814
The Breakfast was good. The room was large with an nice size ensuite. The kids loved the bunk beds and the swings at the back.
The curtains were very thin and we were woken up quite early by the light. Overally the room was fine it just seemed like it could do with a bit of maintenance. e.g. The shower door was hard to open, the soap holder was broken on the shower, and there was paint peeling of the wall.
