Superb! No place like this. Away from the jostle and bustle of Windermere. Still easy access to the town center. The staff are lovely and helpful. The restaurant serves really nice food which you must not miss! I must come back soon. Short stay is ok. Still longer stay would be great for you! |

The attention to detail. Nothing was taken for granted. The staff were all very pleasent and professional. I have stayed in many hotels, this is one of the best. |

Hotel staff very efficient.and helpful.Atmosphere friendly and relaxing. Fine dinning experience very good and well worth the money. breakfast great. views splendid. Food lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our bedroom slightly on the small side, space for coffee and tea making restricted. ( would not stop us returning) |

Amiable and attentively pleasant staff; the gardens are developing very well with a clear vision and offer very pleasant strolls together with divertingly amusing mini-golf in beautiful surroundings. We don't think delicately cooked turbot worked very well with raisin, caper, whole shallots and small hardish pieces of pancetta ... but that's all part of life's great culinary adventure. The scallops were entirely perrfect. All amuse-gueles were most fastidiously prepared and presented at various stages of the meal. |

Room was excellent, and the scenery around the hotel. Breakfast. They did not start until 8:30am, despite our request for earlier due to an 9:30am meeting in Ullswater. And the food on offer for breakfast was nothing special. |

素晴らしい景観のホテルですが、スタップの対応が悪く 不愉快な事がおおかった。また、全室景色が良いとかかれてありましたが 宿泊したお部屋は工事中の前で 暗いお部屋でした。 イギリスのほかのホテルと違って キャンセル料が予約時点で１泊 分引かれる。 スタッフの接客態度が悪い。 |
