We thought the hotel was well positioned in a pleasant environment;convenient for access to the city and well served by transport services..Excellent restaurant and good comprehensive menu for both restaurant and bar. Inadequate on-site parking |

Staff were very pleasant and gave of their best to ensure our stay was a great one. Room was comfortably large and well appointed. Internet access was very reliable and car parking was great (and plentiful). A few minutes walk to the city bus stop. water pressure to shower was poor. |

Complimentary coffee/tea facilities.. The under floor heating in the bathroom was on all the time making the room too hot. Lots of noise from both inside the hotel and from the road/parking lot. Shower curtain collapsed and shower gel dispenser was too high to reach comfortably. Beds not comfortable. |

Very courteous, helpful and efficient welcome at Reception. Quiet room. Good breakfast. Parking. It would be helpful to have a shelf for toiletries, sponge bags etc in the bathroom. A few more little containers of milk would be appreciated, one makes a strong cup of tea! |

Linton Lodge was close to the celebration we were going to so we could walk 10mins and not have to drive. A family was staying in the room above us and the children were jumping off the beds on to the floor at 'tea' time and again in the morning which was very noisy in our room. Ther is obviously no sound pfoofing between floors. The shower hosing was split as it joined the shower head resulting in water pouring out the side, and over the bath edge rather than through the shower head. |

Very pleasant atmosphere which was just close enough to the centre to make it excellent for the theatres, museums and the shops I felt that the breakfast was rather expensive although it was a very good selection. |

The staff were friendly, and the rooms clean and modern, with comfortable beds. Breakfast not very good, the food was running out before the end of scheduled meal times. Not much sound-proofing which made the room noisy. |

Quiet and near bus for Oxford city center Breakfast poor, quality , choice. and service but part of this was being dealt with by person at reception who was most helpful and in fact did not charge for breakfast because we had not been registered by any staff in the dining room. No one knew that we had been in to breakfast until we told reception! |

Location and friendly staff. Hearing the person upstairs snoring throughout the night followed by someone in the flat above walking around their room in the early hours. The walls seem extremely thin to say the least |

Friendly and very helpful receptionist - a little ray of sunshine after a long hard day on a course. I arranged a cold breakfast for 07:30 on Sunday which took quite a while to be assembled - I had to be on the road by 08:00 so missed out on some bits. Quality seemed a bit hit and miss e.g. cheese was all processed types, no skimmed milk, only full fat yoghourt etc |

Since last staying there, breakfast is now an additional extra (@ £12.50 a head), while room prices remain the same. Front desk staff very helpful, but the overall impression gained was that standards have slipped. |

Friendly and helpful eception staff Price of breakfast at £12.50 - we went elswhere. Our room was over the bar and there was some noise the second night. The hotel would have changed the room, but we did not have the energy to move at 12 midnight! |

Convenient location; parking Horrible music at breakfast time; breakfast overpriced (particulary given the rate I was paying for the room - but I gather that this was because I had booked through you, rather than direct). Very thin walls so very conscious of other guests. |

The bed was comfortable. The rooom was freezing on arrival, when the duty manager was contacted he brought a heater. He did not appear tp grasp that we expected the room to be warm and not make do with a heater. The bath had not been cleaned to a half decent standard. |
