I really liked the service and the fact that wifi and tea/snacks were included (so many hotels nickle and dime). Slightly insufficient heating for November! |

Friendly and comfortable in a convenient position off the ring road and with frequent buses into Oxford. The lift to our room was somewhat rough but being on the first floor we only needed it to take luggage up. |

Efficiency and politeness of staff. Good facilities and standard of room. Food was excellent value for money. As far as we were concerned the only drawback to the hotel was the car park. I have a very small car and yet I had difficulty in parking in the very narrow spaces - on one occasion I was unable to get out of the car once I had parked! When I mentioned this at Reception, I was told that many people have the same complaint. |

Location was excellent. Bathroom recently refirbished which was a relief!! Car park adequate for small to medium cars. Most tv channels worked. No duvet! Bed squeeqed terribly from slightest movements! (I was on my own). Decor needs an update... Quickly! I have a Mercedes Vito, luckily one of the 3 large parking spaces were available or I would of blocked access or had to park on the street. |

The staff were friendly. It was very easy to get into town on the bus and this ran late into the night. The room was basic but clean It took a very long time to get wet in the shower ! Most hotels have a pressurised system, this however was a real disappointment. |

The lead reception gentleman was friendly, the location excellent and the room clean but overcrowded (3 beds) Food was very poor and service slow ( we would have preferred our wine with the first course). The desserts were atrocious. The staff was slow, linguistically challenged and mainly lacking training. |

The pleasantness of the staff. Particularly the receptionist Vas who could not have been nicer when we arrived and asked to have our luggage stored until check in. All staff were extremely helpful when asked anything. When I went to make a cup of coffee in the room, I found both cups dirty. It's this lack of attention to detail lets this hotel down badly. |

Well located, reasonable price small rooms, very basic, newspaper wasn't included in price but we were not told this when we were offered it which made for us being a bit grumpy.... |

The location to the city centre is very good. A free car park in Oxford is a fantastic bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to ask for our towels and some toilet paper! |

The 4-4:30 am deliveries were noisy. The hot water didn't work our first day but was immediately fixed after we told the front desk. The walk into town took at least 30 min. (and we walk a 15-20 min. mile), not the 20 min. advertised. |

The room was warm (important in late October!) and comfortable. It was excerptionally clean - the bathroom sparkled! All the staff were friendly and helpful. This invcludes reception, cleaning, night porters. Allthough 24 hr room service was available, there was no menu in our room. When we did order a late snack, it arrived promptly, but was a little boring. e.g. No dressing on the salad garnish. But this is a small niggle. |

It is situated on a really nice area, Summertown. Good value. The staff were helpful. No mini bar in the room & the floorboards above us were hilariously squeaky. |
