Good WiFi internet connection, central position, easy access, friendliness of reception desk personnel, fast check out. Awfull cooked breakfast, very small rooms, TV channels poor choice, restaurant breakfast has to be payed in there and cannot be charged on room, attitude of waiter from restaurant at breakfast. |

The bar/restaurant was good. Nice food, helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable I know that 2pm is the time stated for arrival, but when guests arrive earlier, I do think that they could hurry the room ready. We went out until 2pm, but still had to wait 5 or 10 minutes. The heating in the hotel was oppressive during the night- hot and airless. The only air conditioning was a fan in the ceiling which creaked and groaned. We could hear next door's. |

The location and the comfort of the hotel were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was above the events room and was very noisy, however, after complaining we were moved to a quieter room. Also in spite of all rooms being non-smoking our first room smelt of cigarette smoke. |

Staff friendly, room clean & service first class. Reluctance to serve coffee at the at on Friday night - a manger who overheard the barman quickly corrected them. |

Stayed the night of 4th December, very noisy, either you provide b&b or parties the two do not mix. |

Very warm and comfortable once inside. The receptionist I hope is not your ususal person - I did arrive quite late 9.00 and he seemed to have used up his allocation of smiles for the day.Loved ducks in the bath!!!!!!! |

The web site makes this hotel look fab but it is far from it.....The parking information is misleading, The room i had was clean and well presented but it was beside a nite club and the music was blaring well after midnight. I asked for a drink after ten and was told the bar is closed!!!! |

The cleanliness of the hotel & the staff were always polite & helpful. Didn't agree with the 10% service charge that was added to all the bar bills automatically. If I receive good service I tip generously but this should be left to the discretion of the customer. |

The location of the hotel, the price of the hotel room, the whole hotel was lovely, well decorated. We had no hot water on the 3 of our rooms. We were planning on going out drinking for a celebration for a 20th Birthday, and when we came to shower, found we had no hot water at all in all 3 of our rooms, therefor could not shower and had to go out without showering. And then to only be given £6.90 back from each room for the inconvienience was not enough. |

We chose this hotel to be close to the city centre shops and nightlife and were not disappointed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had lunch and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and both were very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside I had with the hotel was the position of my room on the corner of the first floor overlooking the main road. The noise from late bar/club nearby and passing traffic (taxis) sounding horns carried on until early morning. My friends in the other rooms were not disturbed by noise. |

this hotel is in excellent walking distance from the train station, the main shopping area and clubs. The room was a nice size, very clean and tidy, hotel staff were very friendly & helpful and the bed was extremely comfy. i would recommend this hotel to anyone lookin at a nice overnight stay, the noise from below was not an issue for me but the clubs are open till the early hours of the morning so be warned! the room & the bathroom didnt look as modern as the rest of the hotel, all websites i checked said the king sized suites came with a flat screen television, mine didnt, the king sized bed although very comfy was just two single mattresses pushed together, they also said the bathrooms had a power shower, well there was nothing very powerful about mine and it was also very hard to get a good wi-fi signal. |

Very impressed on our arrival, great location, and our superior room was just as I expected. This was a suprise booking for my husband so the cosmopolitan hotel ticked all the boxes! The television lost some of the signal occasionally, but wasnt a major problem. The hairdrier in the bathroom had little power, so could do with replacing. |

Really easy to find from the train station and an excellent central location from which to explore Leeds. No problem getting in late at night. The windows now have secondary shutters and these did an excellent job at blocking out noise (we went midweek and there was no noise to speak of at all). The showers are a little strange. You seem to have the choice between either sensible temperature or sensible pressure. I chose to have a warm shower so I got pelted with water at high speed, and my companion chose sensible pressure so she had to put up with a "refreshing" temperature. |
